Our Guesthouse was made in the renovated stables of a former farmhouse, built with the local Lourdines stones. It is adjacent to the main house (with independent entrance). The accommodation is made of a kitchen, living/dinning room, bathroom and a bedroom on the mezzanine, to which we access via the miller's stairs. Ideally located between the Futuroscope park (10 minutes) and Poitiers' city center (15 minutes). We'll be happy to welcome you & share our good addresses in the surroundings!

Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. Hi. This is studio36. It's cool in the summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio converted in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet.
