It is composed with 1 queen size bed, memory foam mattress, 1 couch, 1 TV, free Wifi, separate complete kitchen ( kettle, fridge, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, dishes), separate bathroom (hair dryer) with large bath and WC, wooden deck, swimming pool 8x5m (open from June to September). A 2-room apartment of 48 m2 furnished for a couple but with the possibility of accommodating more people, sleeping on the sofa bed, adding a mattress for 1 person and 1 umbrella bed. Kitchenette, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, large private wooded garden. Parking on site. Access to the historic city center 12 min walk, river and walks 8 min walk, Futuroscope 20 min drive, La Rochelle 1.5 hr drive.
