It was perfect! Really cute studio, classy (a lot of taste in the layout)! Easy to access, I was greeted by Tiphaine, who was really charming and showed me around. If I had any questions, I had an answer almost immediately! Very perfect!

This home has everything you need, parking and storage closet available. Perfect for flexible check-in/check-out time with independent lockboxes 👌🏼 The host is very responsive I recommend

Honestly? NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT! This apartment is a GEM!! When you arrive in the street, you can ask yourself the question but once you get in... NONSENSE! It is clean, neat, the decor is tasteful and it is ultra-equipped! Brand new oven and hobs (or almost!), microwave, there is enough crockery to eat 15, the bathroom has been redone and is impeccably clean!!! On the corner of the street, a small grocery store. A little expensive but Mounir will serve you homemade Burgers and Hot-dogs that are just too good! Futuroscope Park is 10 minutes away... Everything is great for this listing!! Simply! Personally, we'll keep the address and we'll be back for sure. For those who read this review... don't hesitate, go there without so much as a second thought!! And thank you to Cyril for his responsiveness!!

We had a pleasant night at Jennifer's place. The studio is functional, clean and perfectly located because it is close to the train station and the Futuroscope. The check-in and checkout instructions are clear and communication with Jennifer went very well. We recommend!

Jonathan is a gracious host, who explained the instructions to us from the beginning. His apartment is clean, if we need him he is available and we have everything at our disposal. He's checking in. Nothing to say, I recommend it without so much as a second thought and I plan to return very soon.

Anne-Carole's apartment is very nice, well laid out, tastefully decorated, clean and very well-equipped. The residence is secure and pleasant. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and it works perfectly. All the necessary equipment is available and Anne-Carole is a host who thinks about the comfort of her guests. We thank her and will be happy to come back for a future visit to the Futuroscope which is 15 min by car approx.. We recommend it.

Short stay but the neighborhood is very cute, and quite quiet. The accommodation is well decorated and pleasant. Air conditioning in this heat was a real plus, we arrived in a cool accommodation in the middle of the heat wave.

The hyper-center location is a major asset. Comfort and great space are at the rendezvous in this apartment intended for 8 to 10 beds Sorry quality services that allowed us to have a great weekend. i recommend without hesitation

We had a great time in the Bohemian suite, the accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped. A big + for the cleanliness of the accommodation, which was very appreciable. Elliot is very available throughout the stay, he gave us all the instructions to access the accommodation and before leaving, everything was very well explained. The only negative point: the road is noisy... but it's just a detail among everything else where there is nothing to say. Thank you, we will come back without hesitation if we pass through the region! 😊

A great stay! Very nice apartment, full center of poitiers, super convenient for family holidays! The rooms do not overlook the street so quiet (however we hear a few heavy steps coming from the apartment above!). The photos gave us the impression of a small apartment but in fact it looks bigger once in it! Spacious and well-equipped kitchen for cooking, great bathroom, very comfortable bedding, 2 small courtyards. We had a water leakage problem but it was restored quickly thanks to our responsive host!

Accommodation as described. Small clarification even for 2, the fridge is really too small, that's the negative point if you are on site for several days. Caroline responds quickly to messages and the accommodation is really cute. Recommended
