Our Guesthouse was made in the renovated stables of a former farmhouse, built with the local Lourdines stones. It is adjacent to the main house (with independent entrance). The accommodation is made of a kitchen, living/dinning room, bathroom and a bedroom on the mezzanine, to which we access via the miller's stairs. Ideally located between the Futuroscope park (10 minutes) and Poitiers' city center (15 minutes). We'll be happy to welcome you & share our good addresses in the surroundings!

Poitiers center, 5 minutes walk to Place Notre Dame, the rectorate, IAE and pedestrian streets, air-conditioned, independent at the bottom of our garden. Private terrace. Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. (Rate on the parking lot's website) 2 to 4 people: a double bed in the main room and a double bed in the mezzanine (unsuitable for small children) washing machine.
