Amazing!! The place was not only in great conditions but it was so aesthetically pleasing that it was very homey and comfortable. Check in was super easy. The place had everything we needed. The hosts were really quick to respond and very nice to communicate with! It was amazing! Highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay at Jay's house. Loved that there are two different bathrooms and two different small outdoor spaces for morning coffee and reading. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and neat. Great place!

Great place to stay with lots of friends. The pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen made it the perfect spot to spend a Summer evening. Lived the home and had lots of beds for everyone too.

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

Stopped in on a road trip with me and my husband and kiddos. It was a perfect respite and so cute! It was comfortable and clean and easy to check in and out. The views and waking up to horses in the next pasture was worth it!

it was amazing staying at this house we really loved it. With our friends and his family. beautiful home, the only thing is that quiet time states 9pm because of the neighbors but I got a 830pm message which I dont mind. we did have kids so I hope the neighbors were OK and we were not too much trouble. the images does not give the home justice it was bigger than expected and ao beautiful thank you so much. this was my first time in an air bnb lol and it was a beautiful experience.

Super charming house! Even had fresh flowers in the living room. The sun room was warm during the day but we enjoyed having drinks there in the evening. Comfortable furniture and beds - super soft sheets! Billie’s instructions were clear and she was very responsive. Would love to stay here again when we are in Chico!

Excellent location for what we needed, close to the new Meriam Park with restaurants, shopping, and breweries. Easy check in, communication was excellent and host was accommodating. Will look for this same place in the future!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Great stay, great accommodations. Stayed here for a few months while I was in town for work. Area was gated and safe. Joyce and Erica her manager were excellent hosts, was always able to get ahold of her if I needed something, and very easy to work with. Don’t have anything to complain about. And I would totally stay here again if the I am ever in the Chico area again. And would totally recommend this property to anyone. much safer and better then a hotel.

we had our kids and one Dog, she was kinds responsive and flexible when needed and anything I brought up which were all little things I needed she took care of quickly and accommodated us as needed. My kids enjoyed feeding horses and the friendly dogs on-site. We would stay agian

I absolutely love staying in Anthony & Ava’s home. It’s beautiful, clean, and I love the layout of their apartment, it’s a quiet neighborhood, all the neighbors are very friendly and always have good recommendations for whatever you would like to do.

Excellent stay for the entire family! It was very clean, smelled nice everywhere, and had warm, festive decor. The rooms are well put together and have a beautiful artwork. The hosts and service were great and kind. It’s also very conveniently located near a few nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a great spot to check in!

Jill has been an amazing host. Very responsive to my needs, and my ability fo feel like this is "my home" while we were searching for a home of our own. Walking to the park every morning & evening with my dog was lovely. Loved my time here. I highly recommend booking this space.
