You’ll love my place because of the Location, very clean & well equipped, the views, quiet, yard w Patio, Lawn, Gas BBQ, Pool & Hot Tub (no extra fee). Great for singles, couples, or families with 2 or less kids.

Welcome to the Dapper Fox! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Brand new construction and tucked away off the main street. Located in the "Avenues", the Dapper Fox is conveniently located near Enloe Hospital, Chico State and Downtown. We are a dog-friendly property (pets are people too). An additional $75 cleaning fee per stay will be collected after booking. Please let us know a little about your fur babies. Potty trained and well behaved please. 2 dog limit, please. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Chico. It is located just three blocks from the entrance to Bidwell Park for morning walks, or about 1/2 mile to the quaint downtown Chico area! This home has been updated from top to bottom and has every amenity you could ask for! There is also a fully fenced front and back yard area for your furry friends! Relax under the lights by the fire pit in the backyard. This place feels like home!
