Vacation rentals with a patio in Butte County

Anastasia response back in a quickly manner. We were going to bring our pets but decided not to and Anastasia responded quickly with our pet refund. That is a plus for us. The place is great! Its a cozy little place and feels just like home. My baby loves it and how he can crawl everywhere. The bed was so comfy that he slept thru the night and that's a plus, even my husband was questioning what brand the bed was. My parents place was just down the street so that was very convenient. Totally would recommend the place and we will be coming back. Thank you for everything.

Great stay just had to leave a bit early because I had a family emergency. It was super quiet. Couldn’t hear anything love the animals there were a couple things that kind of creeped me out, but for the most part, it was great. The host was very communicative. The things that creep me out were the fact that they were whips hanging up in the bathroom and made me a little bit uncomfortable, cause I’m black man with a black friend and we in the middle of nowhere and it was very quiet. It just didn’t seem proper. I know that it probably wasn’t intended to be anything such as representation of slavery, but that’s kind of how I felt. That’s why I said it creeped me out a little bit and also didn’t help me knowing it was very quiet, but besides that everything was great left a little bit of a mess because I had to rush out really early truly apologize wasn’t intended. I intended to stay longer, but some things came up.

The house was very good. Everything was perfect. They were very good people. They responded immediately.

Marie is a fantastic host! Probably one of the best hosts I've ever had. Location was easy to find and pictures are accurate. Great location to some of Oroville's historic highlights, such as the Chinese Museum, Lott Home, Feather River Park and the Green Line that takes you to the various areas of interest.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing stay at this place! It’s in an excellent location, walking distance from the college campus and downtown. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Amazing location and better yet amazing host!

My family stayed at Kat + Jay’s place and felt like they never left home. The place was perfect! My family went to explore a little bit of the city and Chico State University. The house was clean, peaceful and ver comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, but yet close to campus, restaurants and local cafes. They home offered everything my family needed, and the stay was stress free and enjoyable. Kat and Jay were super responsive and kind and even made accommodations to make out check-out more comfortable. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay at Chico and we look forward to our next visit! ❤️

We stay with my daughter’s family. Bedrooms arrangement were perfect. Kids loved game table and pool. Perfect for a family. We absolutely loved our stay.

The Lassen House was a great spot to land for me and my family. Nice rancher floor plan with plenty of space for everyone to move about. The neighborhood was very quiet and the front yard is gorgeous. Kelsey was proactive in making sure that we had everything we needed and was always responsive to any questions. The house was in a great location in Chico in close proximity to all of the big ticket items. We would definitely stay again!

Flexible with check in. Responsive and helpful. Place was super clean and very cute! I appreciate having a variety of pillow options for sleeping. I love a flat pillow and it was an option! Score. :)

This home is my wife and I's favorite Airbnb in Chico. It's a beautiful home, cozy and within walking distance to a grocery store and a burger place. We highly recommend this place for your next trip!

We had a great stay! The home is beautifully renovated, spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and we loved spending time in the outdoor spaces. The master bedroom and bath are spacious yet cozy! Eric & Erica are great hosts. It’s in a cute, convenient neighborhood—would definitely stay again!

The house was exactly what we were looking for, even if it was just for a one night stay. Was in a quiet neighborhood and super close to the freeway which we liked. Would definitely stay here again.
