Monthly Rentals in Butetown

The perfect location for our stay as attending an event at Cosmeston Lakes. A lovely quiet location with the accommodation exactly as described. Overall it was just what we needed. Thank you Lyn for making everything so straightforward and for providing such a lovely place to stay.

As I have said we were using this to visit and aunt who lives close by so the accommodation was ideal. It was spotly clean and quiet. Travers was helpful and the instructions book was very useful. We felt the tourist info could be updated but that's the only niggle. We were greeted with fresh flowers, a pint of milk and some welshcakes, what a nice touch. The only thing we felt was missing were some egg cups and a pair of kitchen scissors ( I did mention this to Travers).

My son and I stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting family and friends in both Cardiff and Penarth. The house was perfect for the 2 of us and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal being close to Penarth town, the sea front and the train station for getting into Cardiff. Our host Emma was very responsive and also kindly left some milk and Welsh cakes on our arrival. We would definitely look to stay again in the future.

A lovely flat in a perfect place for what Penarth has to offer. Great views across to Cardiff and a lovely beach and parks, restaurants, shops walkable from the flat.
