Very nice - good location, clean and comfortable with helpful hosts.

Katie and Paul have a stunning guest house it was very homely, me and my girlfriend could imagine living there, the rooms were reasonably spacious and the garden was beautiful and well kept, we had a good nights sleep on both nights due to the comfortable bed and the sofa was comfy too, very cozy and well worth the stay, planning on booking longer next time if they dont mind.

Kathryn's cottage in College Street was just perfect. It had everything you needed and more. It was spotlessly clean, warm, cosy but still had lots of space. Right in the centre of Bury, there was no shortage of walkable places to visit. Have stayed in many of Kathryn's properties and am never disappointed!

2nd time staying here for a work trip. Loved coming back, cosy and homely feel to the cottage
