Very close to Newmarket, 15 minutes from Cambridge Park and Ride Newmarket Rd, central location in the village. A peaceful place to stay

A cosy and stylish home near to the town centre
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This little end of terrace house is situated in a quiet little cul-de-sac close to the centre of the historic and beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds - a 10/15 minute walk at most. My home is neat and stylish and always welcoming whatever the season. If you are coming to stay in summer I have a lovely private garden and if you stay in autumn or winter you will find the house particularly cosy. And I have good parking outside too!

The house was tastefully decorated in July 2023 and comprises of a full kitchen, king bedroom with shower ensuite and a double bedroom with shower/bathroom to suit up to four guests. Located a 30 min stroll to the Abbey Gardens, St Edmundsbury Cathedral and the many restaurants/cafes of Bury St Edmunds. The house is also only a 30 min walk to the West Suffolk Hospital, so is an ideal base whether it be to explore Bury or to visit patients or work at the hospital.

Recently refurbished, this modern, contemporary styled house is situated in a perfect location for visiting/working at West Suffolk Hospital (10 minute walk) or the town centre (10-15 minute walk). It comes with free off-road parking which is a great feature. The thriving market town of Bury St Edmunds has plenty of independent shops, cafes and restaurants as well as the popular Wednesday and Saturday market. Ickworth House and Gardens is just a 5 minute drive away.

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
