Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Burke

Perfect location for a mountain bike trip. Trail side, with comfy beds, tons of space and good bike lock up. Hosts are incredible and very responsive, helpful and kind. I will be returning for future Kingdom Trail trips. Highly recommended!

I'm from the area and was looking for someplace different to stay instead with family. This home was beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. It was very clean, spacious and felt like I was in my own home. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Lyndonville, VT.

One of the nicest houses that I’ve ever stayed at! Some friends and I had an incredible night sitting by the fire, and then a perfect morning making some breakfast in the incredible kitchen. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

If I could rate this 6 stars, I would. The house was immaculate, Christie communicated early and often, and my wife and I (and our two bloodhounds!) absolutely adored sitting on the massive open porch watching the Vermont skies roll by on Friday night. The large windows looking out onto the gardens made morning coffee special, and the property had just been freshly mowed and served as an incredibly playground for the hounds. We just wish we could have stayed longer! For those looking for the epitome of a Vermont get-away with an abundance of privacy and tranquility, this is your spot, no questions asked. We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

Let me start with the only problem of the house: we only had one night to enjoy. I wish things would have been different because what a wonderful space, fully stocked and extremely clean and well organized. Would have been great for a slightly larger group. Also, really well cared outdoor spaces! Completely recommended and hope we can be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Rob’s place! We had two cars and had to park one in a municipal lot, but Rob gave us instructions on where we could do that. He left waters and a few sodas in the fridge which was very much appreciated. The AC was very comfortable and kept us cool all night long. If we went to the same area, I would definitely be looking to stay at this location again!

We have stayed here a few times and will return. Diane is a wonderful host. It is like a home away from home, with everything we needed, bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, clean linens, cloth placemats, ample towels, washcloths, shampoo and conditioner, abundance of toilet paper. The Wi-Fi was very quick and efficient. Very clean, cozy, comfy, environment.

Great place to stay - quiet and tucked away. Everything was just as described, and Peter was very flexible in check-in time. Lots of little surprises when I checked in - a couple of fresh chocolate chip cookies on a plate on the table and milk in the refrigerator. Overall a great experience - hope to stay there again if I return!

This is a top notch NEK Airbnb and we’ve stayed in many good ones! Hard to beat this part of VT as long as you know what you’re getting into (gravel roads, no cell service, black flies, etc). Will stay again here with our pup in a heartbeat!

Ideal Airbnb experience. The place was sparkling clean, updated, and everything felt new. Quick drive to town, but tucked away and quiet on the side of Burke mnt. I wound up extending my stay cuz I didn’t want to leave! I will def stay here again next time I am in the area.

Aarons’s place was the perfect home base for a visit to stowe and surrounding area. quite part of stowe, unbelievable views from the dining and rec room windows and minutes from everything. perfect place to come back to after a day of adventures !

We had a great time at the ski on / ski off condo. The place was comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location. Tracey was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She is a great host. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great 1-night stay! The place is very well stocked for short stays, even with an electric two burner cook top, microwave and fridge. Lots of linens and cutlery and cooking utensils and pots and pans. Super clean and more spacious than I was expecting. If you’re lucky you will meet the pups! I hope to come back!

The condo was excelent. Plenty of space, clean, and well organized. The condo has lots of dishes, pots, pans, cups which made it easy to cook. The grill was in good condition and located perfectly on the balcony. Josh was very responsive and flexible. He gave very clear instructions and the expectations for checkout were very reasonable and easy to complete. Great place to book if you are bringing children and pets! Plenty of yard space for them to play. The location is a close to drive stowe for skiing and to ben and jerrys factory for a fun family acitivty. I highly recommend this location!!

Great location at the top of Burke Mountain with a nice little village below. This cozy one bedroom had two bathrooms and a beautiful backyard. We had a wonderful time exploring The Northeast Kingdom and some other areas of Vermont.

From the moment we walked into Mountain Brook, our family of five felt at home. We were warmly greeted by a lit Christmas tree in the living room. The bedrooms were spacious. Linens and blankets cozy. The condo was walking distance to the Burke Hotel and ski trails. Unfortunately we had rain instead of snow, but had there been more snow, we could have taken advantage of more outdoor snow adventures. Ashley sent clear communications prior to and upon our arrival. She quickly responded to our messages. We would definitely stay at Mountain Brook again.

Just awesome. Slopeside access, close to Tram Side and right on Grammy Jay which was easy for the littles to get the day started on the way to the double. When it was cold (once) we used the fireplace and the condo warms up quickly. Plenty of hot water. A near perfect stay. Fantastic!
