Incredible mt biking, air conditioned, Mountainside Spruce Woods complex, this open-plan one-bedroom condo features a woodstove for cozy evenings and a screened balcony and AC for warmer weather. It sleeps four comfortably on one queen bed and one queen pull out couch and one regular couch, amazing mt biking close to trail for skiing and boarding exciting mt biking trails through out burke mt and kingdom trails with chair lifts and shuttles to bring you to the top to ride again and again

Located ON Burke Mountain (direct access to Burke Mountain skiing/riding and Kingdom Trails)! Completely renovated (2024) 1 bedroom on-mountain condo, on Roly Grail trail. Everything is brand new, including kitchen, floors, bathroom, tiled shower, appliances. This is a small lower level condo. One bedroom with a king bed. Living space has a pull-down queen Murphy bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, range, fridge, washer/dryer, grill, A/C. Suggested 2-3 guests. No pets please.

The living area features exposed wooden beams and a stone fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. A wooden dining table with two chairs is situated near a large window, allowing natural light to brighten the space. A plush sofa and area rug enhance the comfort of the room.
