A lovely clean apartment with shops, restaurants and bars nearby. A good base for exploring Avila and Segovia. Javier is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Do pay close attention to Javier’s I how to find the apartment especially if you are coming by car.

Ideal for getting lost in the Sierra de Gredos, in a village full of life, with the charm of sitting in the square and chatting with the locals and in the middle of nature to get lost, if that's what you want. The meat, Elvira's cheeses and the ensaimadas de la barraqueña have names and surnames... a delight. The accommodation has everything you need, including a small terrace where you can have a morning coffee. Clean and comfortable beds to rest after a day in the countryside. You wake up to the birds chirping!! We were two couples, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The living room has many possibilities, with a good assortment of board games to liven up the evening. We are into parcheesi and good wine, so if you include a few glasses in the kitchenware, you have won us over...hehehe We've found a place to rest after working in the winery ;)
