Both the house and the environment are ideal, the views are spectacular of the best I have been, you can breathe peace in the middle of nature. The house is warm and very well set. From the same house you can make beautiful routes. We had a great time. I recommend it without a doubt.

We loved the house. Quiet area with a nice garden to enjoy. Heating that warms the house well and you don't notice the cold even when sleeping. Tommy was very attentive from the start.

We loved our stay at Gustavo's home. Such a unique and artful place in the most beautiful neighborhood by Retiro Park. He was an incredible host, kind, accommodating, and very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

The experience has been spectacular. Even before booking the accommodation, all communication with Ruth was smooth, clear and friendly. The house is as shown in the photos. We arrived and the fireplaces were lit and the house was at a perfect temperature to start enjoying it. Everything was clean, tidy and full of details that made the stay comfortable and super pleasant. Everything is as it appears , comfortable beds, full bathrooms just like the kitchen Heating and instant hot water I recommend it 100% and if we have an opportunity we will come back And thank you very much to the owner, who was interested in us the days we were there.

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

Wonderful duplex, very well decorated and comfortable, perfect for a pleasant stay. Small downside: the heater was not working properly upstairs, especially in the double bedroom, and it took a long time for the water in the shower to heat up. Providing a vacuum cleaner would also be a plus. Despite these little details, we had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment.

Well-equipped and clean apartment, equipped with all comforts, a 10-minute walk to the metro stop. Martin, a very helpful host, left us a welcome package with snacks and drinks.... I recommend it

Jesus is a great person. Communication is quick, clear. The apartment is as described. The bed and pillow are perfect. The location is great. I recommend. Maybe it could be a little better sound insulation.

It was my second time in Madrid and there was no question to book Sandra's apartment again for the trip. Sandra is such a nice person, always available, had good hints for hidden spots etc. The apartment could not be better located, is clean as always, private and has all you want to have to. Bright, cozy,clean apartment, 12-15 minutes walking to the areas of interest. A quiet area. We park in front of the portal!!! We discovered a terrace overlooking the Cathedral, ideal for a drink while admiring the views. Lastly Alicia was responding followed!!!!!! it was pending!!!!!!. A recommended stay.

This apartment was great! We were a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and had plenty of space. We used the kitchen every day and was perfect for us. Plenty of room for suitcases and a great walking closet. We enjoyed it very much. We would like to come again!

Awesome centrally located apartment for our family's first visit to Madrid. Seriously, the location could not be better! Very comfortable layout with cool balcony view of Calle Mayor. Apartment is very clean, modern, and nicely appointed. Bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect for our family of 5, as no one felt cramped and there was plenty of room to lounge around and relax during down times. The host was great with communication leading up to our stay (helped arrange a luggage locker near the apartment since we arrived very early) and even let us check in a little early to rest our jet-lagged bodies. Really appreciated his thorough orientation and local recommendations for food and entertainment. While the access to the apartment and 3 barriers of entry (outside lobby door then 2 additional doors to the apartment) were initially cumbersome, I came to appreciate it by the end of our stay - made us feel very safe and secure in a large, bustling city. Great apartment! Highly recommend!

Communication with José was very pleasant and he reliably sent all the necessary information and always responded quickly. The apartment is located slightly outside the (historic) center, but you can reach all the sights after just a short walk. The same applies to restaurants. The bus station is only about 2.3 minutes away and the train station can be easily reached by bus. The apartment was impeccably clean and offered everything we needed for the two nights in beautiful Segovia. We would come back :)
