Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, bicycles, toys, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor play area are available. Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Holiday apartment 1

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.
