Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Burgas

what an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Everything was clean, tidy and worked perfectly. Any small hiccups (like us not understanding the boiler operation) were delt with quickly and help was at hand for everything we needed or wanted. The host and people on site we fantastic, welcoming and helpful. The pool was a very welcome addition and kept clean to a high standard by everyone as were the grounds of the complex. This was exactly what we were looking for and are already planning our next visit. The property does require a car to get to for ease but there is a bus service to sunny beach. The village has a small pub, a few shops and little place to eat which sold the best burger we have ever had served in a Bulgarian pocket bread. Can't thank Genya and Dessie enough for their help and everyone on site for their very warm welcome. Can't wait to go back.

The home is a real gem. In the pictures, not even detailed all the amenities. The check-in is self contained, with a key in a lock box with a code, own parking space in front of the house (you constantly see your car), the complex is closed and with CCTV. With controlled access (doorman with barrier at entrance). The villa is separated from the hotel area and among other villas, beautifully and tidy. The pool is for the use of the cottage only and is in the backyard of the house. There is a 1.5m fence around the cottage. It has absolutely everything you need for a stay. There is a supermarket in the complex with everything you need from cosmetics to food and drinks. There is also a bar at the hotel complex pool with great cocktails. The villa is suitable if you want peace and privacy. Spacious and comfortable. There are many cats in the complex. Petty, not cheeky, they are clean. Communication with Alan was smooth. Everything was explained in detail. We left sad because we needed to stay! Thank you, we will be back again next year with pleasure.

Good location to shine on the south coast. Nessebar to the north and Sinemorets to the south are a 1-hour drive away. Onsite, the beach of the campsite is 500m away, several food shops are 5 minutes away and restaurants are about fifteen minutes walk away. We parked the car for free at the foot of the accommodation. The balcony is very nice. The accommodation is clean and functional.

The accommodation is located between the lake Pomorie and the sea, with a great view. The balcony offers excellent bird-watching. The accommodation is well equipped, comfortable and cosy. The host is kind and helpful. Restaurants, supermarkets are within walking distance. Beach in front of the accommodation. There are traditional and nudist beaches in the area, and the famous free mud bath is also within walking distance. I can only recommend it! Thank you, Elena! 😊

Lovely apartment in beautiful and peaceful residential and holiday resort.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is bright, spacious, with all the amenities and overlooking the sea. From the terrace you can see the parking and you can watch your vehicle. There is all kinds of entertainment for children in the complex, and there is also a grocery store in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming! We would visit again!

Great contact with Ivan. A host who's interested in us and how we need to respond. I would always like to rent with people like Ivan. As for the apartment itself, it is exactly like in the photos in 100 meets my expectations. We will probably visit again!!!!

We had a great time at Robert’s house!The house is beautiful,very well equipped and very safe which is very important to us because of our autistic son!Very quiet and chill place with lovely neighbours.The communication with Neli was great,she is very helpful and kind! Definitely will recommend to our friends and will hire again!

The villa is fantastic - it's way bigger than it looks on the photos, the pool is lovely and the whole place is decorated with a homey seaside decor. The garden is amazing too, highly recommend!

Good value for money. Amazing kitchen equipment, and a great yard . The only small disadvantage was that the water in the area is not really clean which makes washing the dishes a bit challenging. Other than that, the place was very clean.

A roomy and comfortable house. It had all kinds of utensils and very clean. It is far from the beach but with good communication and quiet area

As expected we had a great time. We were a group of 8 people, the house is spacious, everything matched the description, it was very clean and Tzoni is a great host. Location is also great - in the heart of the town. There are couple of beach options in walking distance. Gradina & Kavaci are nearby (10-15 minutes drive). Great overall experience.

house look like on photos, swimming pool was prepared and cleaned every day. kitchen was fully equipped included coffe machine and dishwasher. everything was good expect little problems with internet. sometimes at the evening Marten animal was invading us, climbing on the house.
