Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Burbank

Loved staying here! Joel was great - very thoughtful and responsive and made us feel comfortable! He added a lot of little touches that shows he really cares about his guests. The space was clean and full of the amenities we could have wanted. I wasn’t aware that we weren’t quite staying in a separate guest house but instead the bottom floor of the home he lives in. We could hear his big sweet dog running around upstairs - FYI in case you’re worried about noise. The drive between the house and main road takes about 3-4 minutes and is extremely steep with winding sharp turns on the side of a hill - wish I would’ve known that at booking, as it felt treacherous enough that I didn’t want to do the drive in the dark and thus felt the need to always be back at the house before sunset. All in all though, it was a great stay and the views were beautiful and have no regrets about it!

A great host who was very responsive and welcoming. I needed last minute accommodation, was able to book at 9pm for a 10pm check-in. Place was tidy and I had no issues during my stay. Would definitely stay at Nils’ place next time I am in LA.

Sherman was a very responsive & friendly host, my partner & I had a wonderful stay at Sherman's lovely Carson Gem! The Airbnb had everything we needed: AC, washer + dryer, kitchen, fridge, and bathroom/shower. The bed mattress was quite soft that one would easily sink into. The place was kept quite clean & tidy, check-in/check-out was easy, and things were conveniently accessible. At one point, the lock batteries needed to be replaced. I had messaged Sherman about it and he immediately came to the rescue to insert new ones. It was certainly a pleasure to stay at Sherman's unit, we would definitely come back if available :)

Raheem’s place is easily connected with groceries, food and the freeways to get around. Good spacious place with everything you need. Quiet building without much noise around.

Dan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of the city. I didn’t feel like a tourist in a hotel I felt like a resident in an apartment. It was very clean and also had a great view. Dan was very responsive and gave us suggestions on where to park. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Great location! Easy to get to downtown Santa Monica and Venice, plus the neighborhood itself has nice restaurants, shops and good beach access. The place was very comfortable. The kitchen could be stocked a little better with some basics.

Eric was a great host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were on a graduation trip with a family of 15. The home was beautiful , just as the pictures showed. Everyone felt right at home and comfortable. Great response time to messages and he came fast when we needed him. The location was great. There’s a book at the house with great recommendations on food and things to do. 30 minutes to Universal Studios and Six Flags depends on traffic. There’s a Target right up the street which was great to pick up a few things. I would recommend checking the cabinets before going grocery shopping, the kitchen had a few cooking essentials, that you may not need to buy, which came in handy. All around great trip, I would definitely stay there again when traveling. Highly recommended.

The home was as described and not far from a Trader Joe's and restaurants. The only thing our group wished we would’ve been made aware of before arriving was that we needed to contact the host whenever we wanted to use the hot tub since they controlled it. We all think that should have been included in the house rules ahead of time since it did directly affect our stay. That being said, the host was pretty responsive to turning on the hot tub but we would have preferred to have autonomy regarding this.

We loved staying at Kari’s place. Such an amazing location, and a beautiful apartment to stay in. Kari is a helpful and friendly host. Highly recommend!

What can I say?! This place was awesome. Very very low key. Honeycomb hideout! I appreciated him always being responsive and always willing to help. I had to contact Eddie a few times taking I left some items behind but I didn’t, and he was super responsive and helpful with that. Would stay there again. 10/10 Highly Recommend!

Beautiful home! I can’t say enough great things, the house was super clean with a great location. We felt safe here. George was also very responsive, friendly, and overall a wonderful host. We all felt right at home. Zero complaints, we will definitely be booking with George next time we are in town.

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very safe. It was quiet. The bed is very comfortable. This place was perfect in location for me because my son lives less than 10 minutes away. In the book they provided, was pretty much everything there is to do in the area and then some. I was centrally located to everything. I would stay here again. The MOST important thing to me was feeling safe...in the home and in the area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Such a great stay for our family, very nice and spacious and included many family friendly amenities. If you are anywhere near the area, HIGHLY recommend booking this stay! Additionally, hosts were very communicative which is always a plus!

Although I didn’t get to meet Marie, she was still a great host! Her place was very clean, and just as pictured. I was able to keep in contact with her very easily! Highly recommend

Awesome location to rest for vacation.! We enjoyed the Pool, HotTub, Gym, and many location to eat out near by. Host was very responsive, also allowd us to smoke on the balcony. Apartment was very clean and pleasant!

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly

Great host quiet location and a comfortable stay highly recommended spot

Can’t beat the price for what you get!!! Host was extremely accommodating allowing for an earlier check in time, extra towels, and being open to more guests. Clear instructions were given the day before our check in and everything was easy to find and to check in. Super fast response times and always super friendly!! Condo was exactly as pictured! The pull out couch wasn’t available but the air mattress was very comfortable!! Clean sheets and bathrooms! Kitchen was very nice as well!! The rooftop patio was amazing with a great view of the city line and the hollywood sign. The location was near lots of attractions (10-20min drive) such as the hollywood hike entrance, griffith park/observatory, Universal Studios, and the hollywood walk of fame. The drive to Santa Monica pier was ~45-55min with traffic. Small downfall is the door does not have a deadbolt lock - it only has the code lock to lock the door, but I would 100% come back and stay here again because it still felt very safe!! :)

Tina’s place is amazing and super clean!! She was super quick to respond and made our stay awesome! Soo much in walking distance! I would very much recommend to stay here at Tinas!!
