The host is friendly. When I said that I didn't have enough towels, he brought them right away. The room is clean and nice. I care about the bathroom, and it was perfect.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because Katy has outlined all the expectations to staying at her place, which included the low ceilings, possible footsteps, etc. When I was booking, she even double checked that I was okay with those things. With that said, I wasn't as okay with it as I thought I would be. The low ceilings bothered me more than it should and I didn't like the sounds of footsteps in the morning. Other than that, it was fine because we were here for a wedding and didn't spend too much time in the house. Overall, this place is exactly as described/how it looks in the photos. Katy is a great host. Just make sure you read the description before booking.

Stayed here with a friend for a music festival at the rose bowl and loved it. The perfect amount of space and super close to shops, restaurants, and the rose bowl stadium (only a 12 minute drive) . It was clean and welcoming and we truly enjoyed the water and tea provided especially with the heat and breathing in all the dust from the festival. Just be cautioned there’s a lot of stairs to get in!

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place. She went the extra mile to ensure my parents had a perfect stay, and her care and attention to every detail were clear from the start. The property is really really beautiful – thoughtfully designed, perfectly clean, quiet, private, and located in a lovely area. It’s very obvious how much Maria cares about both her home and her guests. We are so grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and we would definetly stay here again. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here before and it was a great location. Host is responsive and friendly. Would recommend. I definitely would come back here. Parking is a little tight so a smaller car is better.

Charles place was great! It felt comfortable right away and I loved the bed have never slept so well before! Charles was kind and was willing to help us when I had to keep luggage at his place longer than expected. Place was comfy and homie which I love, and the view from window is wonderful! Overall great stay and would recommend!

Everything was perfect. I was especially impressed with the view, the comfort, and the privacy. Being able to have my coffee in peace, or even to unwind in front on the tv, after a day of activities, meant the world to me. I would definitely come back just to enjoy that beautiful, quiet space. We had a wonderful stay at this cozy spot in the Rose Hill area of LA! The surroundings were beautiful—nestled in nature with lots of greenery, birds, and wildlife, yet still just a short drive from all the main attractions we wanted to visit in LA. The neighborhood also had a great variety of delicious food options nearby, which made dining out super convenient. Shanna was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful. When we had a small issue with the AC, she got it sorted quickly and made sure we were comfortable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and peaceful atmosphere. We’d definitely stay here again!

This spot was exactly what we needed for our short term stay. Anand was very responsive and helpful checking us in & out of the place. Great location for checking out different neighborhoods. Anywhere we wanted to go was less than a 20 minute drive! The place itself was as described and just the right size for two people and a small pooch.

Absolutely loved our stay at Lucretia Ave! The space was cozy, cute, and perfectly tucked away in Echo Park—super easy to get to from Burbank airport, which made our arrival a breeze. The location is *chef’s kiss*—walking distance to great coffee and quick breakfast spots, and the street parking was a total dream (rare for LA!). The home itself is super quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. I’m usually pretty quiet myself, but I did have a tiny moment of self-consciousness wondering if I was being too loud—just goes to show how serene the space is! That said, everything felt just right and I’d 100% stay here again. Such a sweet spot. Can’t wait to come back! 💛

Diana’s stay was just as pictured and in such proximity to this neighborhood’s LA spots. It is nestled in the hills so it has a great view both day and night with a private patio area that is a bonus as well. There are those stairs — LOL. It’s subjective. For me it worked out okay, and Diana even offered help with my luggage if needed! You will hear the family upstairs some (mostly in the day), but that’s to be expected with a lower unit. All in all, a good stay for whenever life takes me to this part of LA again. :)

I love Lydia’s place. She was very communicative throughout the entire stay. I love the small basket of snacks left as well and the personable letterboard! I felt so welcome and the area was peaceful and not far from Sofi Stadium. I also loved that there were a few small essentials that you wouldn’t think of bringing there too! I also can’t forget the backyard hammock with an awesome view! This stay was absolutely phenomenal.

Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

My second stay here and I always love every moment. Quiet, private and tucked away down some stairs at the back of the hosts' residence. Gregory is super friendly and very responsive to any questions or requests. Bed is super comfy (I have a lumbar disc issue and I did not experience any pain or discomfort). There is a sizable bathroom and attached closet with a sliding door for privacy. Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple or two very good friends. Plenty of coffee pods provided. Neighborhood is peaceful, safe and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Ample parking available that does not require a resident pass. Hoping to return next year for my annual visit!

great price point, beautiful views of the rocky peak area mountains, East side of Simi valley. Plenty of wildlife to sit and observe, peacocks here and there, pretty cool! accommodations are excellent, nice bedroom, separate TV room, full bathroom and kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker. Everything you need, even washer/dryer. highly recommend

The place was exactly as advertised. Perfect size for me and my daughter. Fanny was extremely communicative. She was also very flexible and allowed me to check in when we arrived a few minutes later. I would definitely stay there again.

This place has truly enchane my partner and I’s anniversary. She has truly enjoyed cooking our food with their amenities during our stay. The showers felt refreshing during this hot summer, and the bed kept up cozied and comfortable during our nights. We are definitely in the talks of coming back! Thank you Myrna and Bruce!

Leeah and Mic are wonderful hosts! Their space was lovely and clean with everything we could have needed and they were incredibly clear and accommodating! The neighborhood is lovely and very accessible to most of Los Angeles, and their guidebook which features additions from all of their previous guests was such a brilliant idea and so great to discover new things about the city. We would highly recommend whether you are a tourist or an industry person in the city to work.

Totally enjoyed my stay! Felt right at home and loved the patio. I walked daily and enjoyed all there was to do in the area.
