The cottage is a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a pull out King couch in the living room. We are able to accommodate up to 4 people. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure. We also have a small enclosed porch with a Office Desk and 2 cozy reading chairs in case you need to mix business with leisure. And last but not least you will have your own private entrance, parking and shady garden patio. Walking distance to the major studios, incredible coffee shops, restaurants, bus stops, markets, and close to all major freeways. We have AT&T Uverse if you'd prefer to spend a day just watching our flat screen TV. And we have free wi-fi if you need to update your social media with the fantastic photos of your trip. Living on the premises makes it easy for us to help with anything you need. The cottage lies in an in-demand equestrian neighborhood in Los Angeles. Walk along the river to the equestrian center. A short stroll down Riverside Dr. leads to Toluca Lake, home to many celebrities. Spend the day at Disneyland, Warner Brothers Studio Tour, Universal Studio, or walking Hollywood blvd. Restraunt row is a stroll away filled with local coffee shops and Award winning restraunts! Rest, relax, explore, repeat! I'm sure you've heard the expression, "Nobody drives in LA." Well, that's mostly true. We are very close to a bus stop and subway. But we strongly recommend having a car for your visit. We are close to a lot of area attractions. Brew some coffee and step out into a tiered hillside garden and have a seat on deck patio of this enchanting hideaway. Charming interiors feature terra-cotta tile floors, eclectic artworks, and traditional furnishings, forging a laid-back atmosphere. Check out the Accessibility pictures for the lay of the land! Note: the TV is an Apple TV to be used with your subscriptions. The studio is the entire bottom floor of a 3 story house. It has its own separate access through the garden and is completely private from the rest of the house. A bathroom, kitchenette, dining/study area are included within your studio space. Laundry and Apple TV available upon request. Garden space and access is shared. Enjoy the deck and outdoor dining and lounging facilities as well as a gorgeous sunset view of LA. The entire bottom floor of the house is yours. Garden access is shared, as are the laundry machines in the main house. We are available at all times by phone, text or email. Bordering the neighborhoods of Eagle Rock and Highland Park, the area has an understated charm and offers an array of vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Old Town Pasadena, a retail hub with charming eateries, is a short drive away. It is a 0.4 mile distance to the nearest bus stop on La Loma and Figueroa. (about a 10 minute walk from the apartment) The 81 Bus can take you to the Gold Line Metro in Highland Park in less than 15 min. The Gold Line runs between Pasadena and Downtown, where you can transfer to other trains. Please let us know if you would like an Apple TV set up for your arrival or at any point during your stay.

The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.

There is a queen-sized bed and pullout sofa bed to give comfort to 4 people. There is a kitchenette equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, toaster but no stove. There is a Heat/Cool Window Air Conditioner. The studio is on top of a garage, expect to feel the garage door opening in the morning and evening. There is stairs leading to the studio.
