The amazing White River, full of trophy trout, runs through our yard. We also have national forests, state parks, hiking trails, OHV, snowmobile & horse rentals, boating & fishing lakes- all nearby. There are over 250 miles of OHV trails, the world's largest migrating elk herd, summer rodeo series, International sheepherding trials, and more. There's plenty to do! It's a year-round recreation destination. It is also wonderful to just sit on the deck listening to the river and watch it flow past.

Large 3200 square foot home. Very secluded lot close to downtown Glenwood Springs. They are two large living rooms with TV's and plenty of seating. The master bedroom has a king bed with a on suite bathroom. Downstairs there is another bedroom with a queen size bed along with a walk thru room with a futon. Upstairs there is one large room with another king size bed with two full size beds. The loft seating area has a pull out couch.
