great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Very nice house, the master bedroom is huge, having 3 full baths on a vacation was great!

This home is just like the photos. The only thing is it's not as secluded as you may think. The home is on a dead end road so there wasn't any traffic & very quiet w/ lots of deers roaming around. But there were other homes nearby so you had neighbors. I guess I didn't look at the pics close enough. But again, it was still very quiet and peaceful. Also, those who are not from Colorado, this home is on about a 9000ft elevation. We're from Chicago so the altitude hit us pretty hard the 1st night w/terrible headaches. Drink plenty of water. We did drive down to the town of Bailey which was about a 1000ft less so that helped alittle. There were many cute shops all within walking distance with a pretty stream and hiking too. We recommend exploring there. Very friendly locals. 1 king bed w/on suite bathroom (standing shower only) on the main floor w/the kitchen & living space & half bath . 2nd fl had other king bed & "kid's room" and a full bath (w/tub) for all to share.

This home was an amazing place to stay and experience the Denver area. Its modern and clean design made us feel right at home while we enjoyed the mountain views. Although there isn't much privacy due to the surrounding properties, we still felt comfortable and peaceful. You are basically guaranteed to see some deer strolling by, and a horse nearby. The location is perfect for escaping the city while remaining within a reasonable drive to explore Denver.

My fiancé and I had the honor of being the first guests—and it truly felt like a tucked-away fairytale. We stayed for my birthday with our dog and were completely enchanted. No stops were pulled—every detail was done with care. From the handwritten note to the welcome snack basket, pup treats, handmade welcome home book, and robes—everything felt personal and thoughtfully placed. The home blends modern comfort with cozy, woodsy warmth—soft lighting, intentional design, a sauna and hot tub that melted time, & heated tile floors I’ll never emotionally recover from. We discovered giant Tetris (next time, it’s on). Marlena and Christian were hosts you dream of, present, kind, and full of care. It was just the three of us this time, but we imagined our son curled up in that queen bunk one day maybe even calling top bunk before a sibling gets the chance. Also? The blankets = cloud status. Couture sauna sandals + his & hers robes = peak cozy royalty. Pro tip: bring s’mores. You’ll get it.

This was our second stay at Pike’s Perch. The home’s design creates an efficient use of space and is decorated thoughtfully. We love that you feel so far removed from the city but are a short (and fun) drive away from everything. The hosts are very responsive and seem genuinely happy to answer questions. Having an EV charger available at the property is an added bonus.

The "E Ticket" of spectacular homes! Everywhere you turn the house welcomes you with comfort and peace. There are no finer views I have ever seen in a residence. Zack was very helpful and welcoming. Our family was just three while there and it was worth every penny creating forever memories!

We really enjoyed our stay by the river. It was a beautiful house with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We have fun at the house playing games and hanging out. Dellynn was communicative and responsive when I had questions! We would visit again!

Beautiful home and scenery! This home has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked with spices and basic food items. It has every appliance you might need. We enjoyed making smoothies in the Vitamix. We even arrived to find a gift of local jam and honey. Thank you! Our days were spent fishing and hiking in nearby parks, playing pickleball, horseback riding and driving around looking at the beautiful scenery. We also visited some of the nearby shops. At night, we sat on the front porch and watched the sunset over the mountains while the deer visited us. We spent time in the hot tub and made s’mores. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Rebecca responded immediately with any questions I had. We can’t wait to return!

This was a lovely home, well maintained and very clean. It is a little remote, but worth it due to the beautiful surroundings. If you enjoy peace and quiet with easy access to Denver and Colorado Springs, this is the place for you. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven.

Karen’s place was the perfect mountain spot for our family weekend. The house has the most amazing views and was extremely comfortable for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and the living space was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and only wish it could have been longer.

Our family of 4 loved our stay at the cabin! Beautiful views, great amenities, and a good location to access many adventures! We stayed a week and enjoyed Bailey, especially the winery and brewery, Staunton State Park and Evergreen, Golden, Red Rocks, Denver, and catching a Rockies game. Our family really enjoyed the game room, movie theater, and hot tub to end our days! A moose even greeted us within our first 30 minutes of arriving. We had a couple of minor blips, but the owner was super responsive and had us all set quickly. The top of the driveway was pretty rough, so we were happy to have 4 wheel drive. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cabin to others!

Chad was a responsive host, providing clear and friendly communications. The house was exactly as advertised - very clean, modern, bright, and architecturally appropriate to the mountain setting. Although it is located in an area that requires a fair bit of driving for most activities, it is scenically situated and provides a convenient base for hiking anywhere in the front range. The house is spacious with ample room to spread out with a group of four. I hope others take care of the property as much as we did for the enjoyment of others.
