Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Buenos Aires

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Accommodation is as described in the listing. Communication with Santiago was good and fast . We had the option of an early check-in at no extra cost. Close to Rosario Park. Bakery and supermarket are walking distance

I loved my stay here! It was on a relatively quiet street in Palermo but close to so many great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Also quite convenient to the Subte (metro system), making it easy to get to so many other parts of the city. Don’t miss out on the nearby gardens and the eco park! As for the space, itself: it was super clean, had all the amenities, and was very tastefully decorated. It’s on the 10th floor, which made it fairly insulated from street noise but also gave it a great view from the balcony! The hosts were SO kind and communicative, as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Amilcar is an amazing host! Very friendly, he responded quickly to all my questions and quickly resolved my lost keys. I highly recommend it! Very friendly and attentive to the needs of the guest.

A gorgeous home in history district. Totally walkable to Congreso, Obelisco, Puerto Madero, Casa Rosada...and also great for the tango enthusiasts. What a privilege to experience a stay this gem! I would absolutely love to return.

We felt very comfortable living in Lucas' AirBnB. The building is beautiful, it's a restored old building which is strikingly beautiful from every angle. The location is great because it's not too noisy, but at the same time it's close to restaurants and many other businesses. When we arrived, the check-in worked out smoothly and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The WiFi also works well.

Ideal apartment. Excellent location, with bus stop and subway nearby, places to eat, fairs, etc. and at the same time quiet. There are supermarkets nearby and a 24-hour kiosk on the corner. The apartment itself is very nice, clean and well-kept, with a kitchen with just enough and necessary for a pleasant stay. Augusto always responded quickly and did us the favor of checking in a little earlier Definitely recommend

Rosario was a great host and responsive at all times, since the moment I booked the place I got responses from her in less than 12hrs time. Rosario was very patient as my arrival turned up to be a little later than expected, but she waited patiently and was very friendly. The place was very clean and has all that you need for your stay, from a map of the city, to a hair dryer (always welcomed!) and coffee in the kitchenette. The neighborhood is a great place to walk out and find a nice place to have a meal, plus I felt safe at all times walking by myself. Totally recommend Rosario’s place for you visit to BA!

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.
