The master bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and the other bathrooms only have a shower. The building is of a high standard and very safe, as it has permanent surveillance. All spaces have cold/heat air conditioning. The beds are new and high quality. There is also central heating as well as hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped and so is the tableware. There is also a 4th bedroom next to the kitchen equipped with cleaning supplies, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The apartment has a large living room with very comfortable armchairs and a dining room for 8 people. Ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. It has a main entrance with an individual doorman accessed by the main elevator and another entrance located in the kitchen where you can access a second elevator and the stairs to the ground floor. I am in constant contact with my guests because I live very close and I love to socialize. Upon arrival, I give guests a public transportation card and a neighborhood guide with suggestions on good restaurants that are nearby. I leave you several contact numbers and I am very attentive to any requests. Located in the heart of Recoleta, the city's most elegant neighborhood. Just 4 blocks from Avenida Alvear, where the most exclusive hotels and shops in the country are located. The neighborhood is safe, with lots of bars, restaurants, and transportation. All bus lines pass through nearby avenues. The subway is also very close. Taxis and Uber available. Also within walking distance are the Recoleta Cemetery, Buenos Aires Design, Pilar Church, Craft Fair, El Ateneo bookstore, Law School, Museum of Fine Arts, Palais de Glace and other relevant sites to visit and enjoy the beautiful city. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day.
