The apt is extremely nice and new. Shower is great with very good water pressure (important in Buenos Aires). I think it’s a little bit small relative to the price paid but nice to stay there. I didn’t like that the check-in is late compared to other apts.

This place is breathtaking! Unbelievable view right over the famous Ricoleta cemetery. Wrap around balcony perfect for sipping wine and watching the sunset that is right behind the cemetery. Fabulous kitchen and modern clean bedroom, and HUGE closet going into bathroom, plus a second half bath so both of you can get ready at the same time. Restaurants and clubs right on the street below - which does lead to a bit of noise at night on weekends, but nothing awful or that earplugs can't fix (which I didn't need as I'm a sound sleeper). The hot tub on the top floor overlooking the cemetery is also fun, and we were the only ones there so had it to ourselves. Would not hesitate to recommend Soledad's place!! The location cannot be beat in Ricoleta!!

The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and very conveniently located. Centrally located, but quiet and safe. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby. The metro and metrobus are a 5-minute walk away. Communication with the hosts was always easy and they answered any questions quickly. I would definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Location location location!!! Amazing place in the heart of Palermo.

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good attitude, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with elderly people who are waiting for a medical appointment.

The house is located the city center, near to the metro station. It was very clean and well-equipped like having an iron and table, washing-machine. Uriel always responses your messages.

Everything was excellent during the time I was there, a quiet, comfortable and private place

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities (TV, microwave, refrigerator, furniture, everything in very good condition). It is very well connected. An additional point in favor that we found is that the building has 24-hour security. We stayed a couple of weeks and felt very comfortable. Highly recommended. A separate paragraph for Anabella's attention throughout the stay, very attentive to all the needs we might have, always available and with very fast communication in all our exchanges. The apartment is spectacular, sensational design, extremely large and comfortable bed, sugar, olive oil, coffee, among other things, were also left as a courtesy, something extremely useful for those who are arriving. The balcony is super cozy with a private barbecue and a great view at sunset. Very friendly and polite host. We will definitely return to this place.

The stay was excellent! The location is simply perfect, in a safe and super nice area…we were able to do a lot on foot, including visits to the best restaurants in the area, such as Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, as well as being surrounded by beautiful parks. The apartment is well organized, with many utensils available and a full kitchen. I was happy to see that there was even an iron, something that is not always common. Host Cynthya was attentive from start to finish: she sent useful recommendations via WhatsApp and always responded quickly. The 24-hour concierge gave us even more security, and that made all the difference. I would definitely stay in town again!
