Apartment in a fairly posh & very safe area, in a charming old building on the 10th (top) floor (elevator fitting 3 people, small but intricate antique design - elevator ride like a beautiful museum visit! :)). Nearest metro station is a few blocks away (6-7 min walk), but walking distance to various attractions, bus stops (SUBE card needed - unlike for metro, where foreign credit card can be scanned directly to pay), several green spaces incl. amazing playgrounds, and a few shops/cafes for immediate grocery/food needs. Wifi works great, comfortable beds for 3 people, hot water around the clock, all amenities incl. basic condiments for cooking (salt, sweetener, oil, even honey & tea!) available. Space is well-equipped, early check-in (5:30, ugh!) was possible against a fee, host helped organize transfer from the airport - so helpful! Insulation not great, so noise & cold cannot be kept out entirely (but not too bad!). Note: space inside is a bit tight for big suitcases. We loved it! 5*

This is the second time that we have been to BA and booked again in this apartment. The apartment is safe, how, clean, and very nice. It has a kitchen, a breakfast breaker, a living room with a TV and a balcony. The area is very nice and safe. I don't doubt that if we come back, let's stay there again, until they want to buy the apartment:)

Guido and Andre's accommodation was a wonderful experience, it is a central, beautiful and very safe area. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to travel to Buenos Aires again. The accommodation has everything you need for your day-to-day, and it has supermarkets very close to the area that you can walk to and enjoy. Highly recommended!

Belgrano Apart

Very nice apartment. I had everything we needed with my partner to cook. The area is very nice too, with a lot to do, quiet. The host is very friendly, always active, attentive to what we needed. The table was a great plus detail, where you can work comfortably and watch movies. The space is ideal for a couple. The very quiet and central neighborhood, close to cafes and you have options to go to the Day or the Carrefour as well as fiambrerias. Everything is clean, equipped, and very organized. I would definitely come back here!

Really enjoyed my month-long stay. The building is beautiful and well-designed. The pool and gym are great. Security is helpful and attentive. The few issues I had (some initial confusion checking in and my locking myself out) were taken care of nearly immediately and Carlos was super helpful, always. The building is in the cruise port area. There's a great café on the bottom floor and a new restaurant coming in. Big police station across the way, so it's safe, but things to see/do are a bit of a trek. Uber is really cheap here though and it was kind of nice being apart from everything when I wanted to be. Buenos Aires is an amazing city.

Great location, comfortable bed, very well equipped. Couldn’t ask for more. Carlos was very responsive and helped us all throughout with all our queries. Five star and would highly recommend.

The perfect place to stay in Buenos Aires! Grisel was so kind and let us leave our luggage stored at her home, while we were exploring Palermo. We would have loved to stay there for longer than just one night ☺️ Than you!

We stayed almost a week at Sabina’s place and really enjoyed living in the heart of Recoleta, we loved the convenient location and all the great cafes and restaurants nearby, and the place is really large and spacious. The wifi is also super fast (~650mb), which made is a great place to work remotely from. One thing to call out is that the showers aren't well designed, and both bathroom showers resulted in large water leaking from the shower pan when taking a shower, we had to wring out water with towels each time we showered, which was slightly annoying.

Modern, elegant and luxurious.

Very great place to stay is new and lots of amenities. Host Pedro is super, he helped with any problem. The most important thing to understand the location to live with a car rental, access to any part of the city is 10-30 minutes. Free parking space. Everything was great.

The house is very conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets and access roads. The house is spacious, with lots of lighting and natural ventilation and large common areas. Adriana was welcoming, with incredible energy, cheerful and vibrant! Her company was always wonderful, I felt at home. The neighborhood is safe, organized, clean and beautiful. It's a good place to be. There is also a beautiful cat that brightens the house with its presence. You're always comfortable at Adriana's, you can talk or do your own thing. A fabulous stay.

What an incredible host, and gorgeous, perfect apartment right in the center of Buenos Aires. The apartment was exactly as in the photos - spacious, clean, and perfect for our family's weeklong trip. Jorge and Fernando could not have been easier to work with - communication was easy, they were so flexible which helped ease our trip immensely, and whenever something came up, they were available. Jorge offered great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to go to. The neighborhood of Palermo is a perfect location for all parts of Buenos Aires - easily accessible to the Subte (subway) and bus and walking distance to beautiful parks. I can say without question our trip was significantly more special and memorable because of being fortunate enough to stay with Jorge. We will absolutely visit again, as Buenos Aires is one of our favorite cities, and when we do, we hope we'll be able to stay with Jorge again.

The apartment is like in the pictures, great for a long time. The internet is of good quality to carry out remote work (home office). The location stands out for its proximity to the metro (Subte), supermarkets and restaurants (highlight Ovid and Bern). Host Flávio is attentive and always available to support in any matter.
