It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Inmitten eines wunderschönen Villenviertels befindet sich diese liebevoll sanierte Villa mit zwei gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen im Herzen von Büdingen. Sie wurde 1904 für die Tochter des damaligen Fürsten in bester Lage gebaut und 2023 renoviert. Erdgeschoss mit 3 Zimmern und Garten, Obergeschoss mit 2 Zimmern und Balkon. In allen Zimmern gibt es mindestens zwei Schlafgelegenheiten, auch in den Wohnzimmern.
