We are situated in a rural area with nice views & stunning sunsets. 6-10 miles radius to a number of beautiful Cornish beaches. Local shop & PO 200 yards, Local pub 300 yards. And a 5 minute drive to Exeter/ Penryn Campus.

This unique, stylish and modern bungalow occupies a rare position adjacent to the inner harbour which can be glimpsed through its courtyard entrance. You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.

Accessed via four small steps, Sea Breeze can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The property has its own veranda complete with table and chairs which overlooks the green. Parking is provided in a nearby car park which is approx 1 min walk from the bungalow.

Explore the numerous local footpaths, or take a short trip to Minions and discover the stunning Bodmin Moor. The historic market town of Tavistock is just 9 miles away, and Dartmoor is well worth a visit. Additionally, there are a number of National Trust properties are nearby, such as Lanhydrock House and Cothele.

Our 1950's bungalow is great fun for up to 6 guests. Featuring 3 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 double and 1 with bunk beds - it is decorated throughout for style and comfort. Situated a few minutes drive to the coast on a quiet private road with a large garden surrounding the property. The location is rural with amenities a short drive away in Kilkhampton, or other villages close by.

Beautiful bungalow with amazing sea views. Set in lovely gardens, tucked away but in the heart of Torquay. The back garden is south facing and overlooking Torbay. The property is just 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. New from end of August, we have just had a hot tub delivered available for guests to use.
