Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than 5 minutes walk away. The walk along the coast path to the harbour is simply beautiful especially on a sunny summer evening.Walkers can enjoy exploring the area via the South-West Coast Path.

Paddocks View comfortably sleeps 5 people making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Paddocks View comprises of an open plan lounge with smart TV and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, main bedroom with double bed and large ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds and a main bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

This unique, stylish and modern bungalow occupies a rare position adjacent to the inner harbour which can be glimpsed through its courtyard entrance. You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is Wi-Fi, TV and DVD player, a super king bed and twin beds (and a cot if needed.) We are walking distance from the shop, coast path and pub, with 3 stunning beaches close by.
