This place was stunning, my family loved being here. Pictures do not do it justice. Would recommend and would stay again.

Such a stunning and peaceful location right above the waters edge. The best views and location of any air bnb we've ever stayed in. Light, airy and spacious accommodation, beautiful bedding and pristine kitchen and bathrooms with everything thought of. Paul and Bekki could not have been more thoughtful or kinder- thank you. Don't hesitate to book- a truly memorable place, in this lovely part of the world. The Tunnels beaches, cliff walking, beach at Coombe Martin and funicular at Lynton/ Lynmouth were particular highlights. We loved watching the birds and porpoises in the bay. Thank you

We booked very last minute (on the day) and our hosts were quick to confirm and gave us all the information quickly for checking in. Location couldn’t have been better for surfing at Woolacombe and the outside shower for washing off after and hanging wetsuits was very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay! Thank you, we will be back!

Lovely spot, minutes from the sea. Great walks accessible from the apartment. Nice kitchen and welcome treats from host. Overall a very good jumping off point to visit woolacombe and surrounding areas!

Mike you’re awesome, property is great with a wonderful view. Mike keeps it super clean and has provided what you could need to have a great stay. The beach view and waking up to the sound of the waves is priceless. Total gem

A really lovely place on the outskirts of Plymouth. Within easy reach of the town centre by bus (across the road) and had everything I needed during my stay. The place was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Judy and Geoff’s place if you’re thinking of staying in Plymouth or the surrounding area. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay.

Beautifully decorated apartment which was very clean and comfortable. Excellent check-in details supplied together with helpful photos so very easy to find. Other than one car trip to Instow, where we walked the picturesque Tarka Trail to Bideford, our car remained in the apartment's allocated parking space until we left.

This is the second of Ali’s places I’ve stayed in and it’s just as perfect. I travel at lot with my job and would say this bed is one of THE most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The location and the apartment block itself is perfect if you’re bringing your dog with you. I’m currently looking to buy in Plymouth and I like the location and Ali’s place so much I’m now looking in this location for myself. Ali is really communicative and friendly and all instructions and details were perfectly clear. Having stayed in other spots in Plymouth (when Ali’s hasn’t been available), I’d also say this is one of the best value places to stay in the city.

We had a wonderful time staying at Debbie’s apartment. There was everything we could have wanted there. We were greeted with a warm welcome and Debbie had a vase of fresh flowers in the room, a lovely lemon drizzle cake and a bottle of wine. Such a thoughtful treat for us. The apartment is very clean, a nice comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. There is also a real log burner but we didn’t need to use it as we were cosy without it. The private garden is an added bonus and was a lovely addition to our stay. We will definitely stay with Debbie again

Really enjoyed our stay in Helens apartment. The location is fantastic within a short walk from everthing. Apartment was as described, really clean, well equipped and comfortable. Lovely and spacious with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms so perfect for the 4 of us. It has a lovely balcony and enclosed outdoor area so perfect if you want to bring a dog....I can confirm it was a big paws up from our dog Marley who loved his stay. Helen was the best host, really informative offering recommendations in the local area and very responsive to messages. If you are wanting a short break in this area then this apartment is spot on. lovely little apartment tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful area. Iain & Sarah sent precise directions and instructions as soon as we booked. the accommodation was clean and well maintained, very comfortable and felt like a wonderful home away from home. Iain & Sarah were quick to respond to any queries during our stay and were very friendly and approachable. I would recommend them for anyone wanting a relaxing break, or to explore Cornwall from a nice, peaceful base as we did :)

Wonderful stay, lovely place, booked last minute instead of a hotel. Great hot tub to stargaze in the evening. Wonderful added extras tea coffee etc. Great for couples. Would stay again.

We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

Gorgeous apartment in perfect location for the beach and 10 mins to the village with some lovely pubs. Hot tub was blissful. Tess was a great host. Friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect place to stay, made very welcome, plenty of goodies, had to leave some! Spectacular views, especially from the hot tub. Sheila & Martin are the perfect hosts. Highly recommend. Wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need for the 4 of us (3 humans & a 4 legged friend)

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. An absolutely perfect stay, literally wouldn't change a single thing about the apartment. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and had everything we needed during our stay.
