Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Budapest

Really loved the spot of Julian & Sophie. The view is amazing. Reality is even better than the pictures. I can recommend this spot if you look for a quiet spot in the green. There is a real nice coffee spot 2 mins walk away called Magenta.

Great little place right next to the airport! Very friendly and responsive hosts who are close by if anything is needed! Would recommend Klaudia’s place to anyone!!

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

Great place and charming hosts! This place is ideal for families with children - very clean, furniture and amenities in perfect condition, there are all amenities for small children and toys. My children immediately started playing in the yard (swings and trampoline) upon arrival. The stairs to the second floor are wide and comfortable, my 3-year-old child safely descended and ascended on his own. The hosts were very friendly and helped to resolve all issues. We will be happy to come back here when we have a chance.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

This apartment is just 1 minute by foot to Parliarment house. Great view, lovely host. You could not get any better.

Ilona’s place is a gem. It had everything for a comfortable stay, and the cute little outdoor terrace is a lovely bonus. The location is amazing - walking distance to the river and all the other cool neighbourhoods. We loved our home away from home in Budapest!

A wonderful gem in Budapest! The apartment is gorgeous and well stocked with everything we needed. Tibor’s books of recommended restaurants was so helpful and informative. Saved me asking him a lot of questions 😉. We walked everywhere as it’s a perfect location for walks to museums, baths, important sights, cafes and restaurants, as well as lots of shopping options a few minutes in either direction. Four days wasn’t enough time to explore everything but we saw a lot. Thanks for a perfect experience in Budapest!

Gabor's place is exactly as described. Everything was available in the apartment. Some things like coffee, showers, and gel are not self-evident. I used it with an underground parking space, which was important to me. I have a bus with a height of 196 cm, which fit easily. The garage is usable up to 220 cm in height. It is a single parking space. Great downtown. The area where the apartment is located is centrally located. To go out in the middle of it. We never needed a taxi. Small flaw, since there are many apartments, the staircase is quite outdated, but the apartment is not to blame. Would be happy to return anytime.

From our arrival Antonia described how to access the Airbnb and was very attentive to making sure everything was fine inside and throughout our stay. Very friendly and responded to any questions quickly. The apartment is as shown in the photos, it was clean and tidy. The only downside could be that the shower leaks from the sides and that when we arrived there was a washing machine on (for us it was no problem because we hung them up and that was it). A complete apartment and very well located to visit the city.

We were in a great location, close to everything. You could walk or take cab. We found the room was spacious and very well decorated. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We had a quick 24 hours and our host helped us with suggestions on how we could make the most of our time. Beds comfortable, bathrooms were nice especially in master, furniture was nice, it would have been nice to spend more time.

Great stay! Laszlo was very friendly! Tons of room in the home! Shower could be warmer but other than that everything was great, pillows were great, bed was comfy, there was a washer and dryer. The sauna got real hot which was nice! Good location.

Evelin's apartment was very spacious, elegant and full of light. The bed was quite comfortable, and having TWO bathrooms (one with tub and another with a shower) was such a luxury. The apartment was quiet and felt very private. The kitchen was well appointed, and there are nearby grocery stores and delicious restaurants. We used Uber to get around in Budapest (super convenient and affordable), but public transportation was close by that we could have used. Evelin was very accommodating, and communication with her was quick and easy. Checkin instructions were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend Evelin's place, and would definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely stylishly decorated, had everything you need and it was quiet. Eszter Anna was fabulous as a host! She always gave us top advice, anticipated us and was always friendly, nice and very accessible! We really enjoyed the stay, Budapest is beautiful and absolutely worth it.

Our stay in Istvans apartment was more than what I expected. It was magical. All those stylish little details I found in the apartment were just lovely and well thought of. The view from the bed, looking outside the window, was just great in the morning. I really loved the vibe of the district where the apartment is located at. It was so quick to get to the next train station or bus or tram or even for renting bikes. We found a great bakery nearby and cute coffee places. If I will not return myself that quick, I will definitely send friends and family to book this place, because I could not think of a better place to stay at in Budapest. We had an excellent time. Thank you so much.

Zelma was very nice. We arrived earlier than the check in time but it was no issue. She send us many local recommendations. The place was nice and looked like the pictures. We had to check out very early but this also wasnt an issue.

The accommodations were fantastic! It was clean and neat. We appreciated the roof top terrace at the end of the day to sit and have a glass of wine after all our sight seeing. The kitchen was also great to make our own breakfast and lunch. It was also a great location because we could walk everywhere!

This might be the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in - Erwin was a wonderful host, he collected us from the station even though it was midnight to ensure we got in okay. He sent really helpful recommendations for things to do, he was always really responsive. The flat itself is gorgeous, the balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee and there is a view of the basilica right outside the balcony view! The coffee and restaurants around the area were really good and delicious, the area is quiet but lively and a really good location. Highly highly recommend this Airbnb, for the amenities and the host and the whole experience was made better staying here!
