Balcony has a beautiful view of the Hungarian Parliament, which is an architectural delight. It’s hard to get such a view and the major draw for me. Great to have Air Con. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Worth a visit

Very quiet, cozy, comfortable apartment, so in the summer it was great to be able to darken it and it was cool! The little cozy balcony was my favorite. :)

This was VERY spacious. We loved the large rooms and tall ceilings, space for all the things we needed. Air conditioning was powerful, full tub and washing machine were a plus. Lots of amenities, very secure but centrally located building. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. A little loud because of the street, but it usually was silent by midnight. Can be bright at back of apartment because of hallway motion sensor, but easily resolved by closing the door.

We had an amazing experience at this accommodation in Budapest! The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect – close to public transport, great restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Communication was smooth and we felt truly welcome from the very beginning.

Incredibly thoughtful hosts. Went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to get around, what there was to do across the city, and arranged my pick up from the airport. The apartment was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. In the middle of plenty of restaurants and a mall, so all at your fingertips. Could not recommend more! Would definitely come back.

Beautiful, spacious and modern apartment. Got everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Very clean, spotless kitchen and bathroom. Szabolcs was very responsive, helpfull, instructions simple and clear. Can only recommend.

Nice, modern, well-kept and well-equipped apartment in the centre of Budapest, there's a porter permanently stationed in the entrance hall, feels secure. Beautiful and cosy residents-only courtyard and a balcony. We couldn't turn the temperature down to a low enough level, but still got good sleep. Overall happy with our stay and would recommend to other travellers!

I had a wonderful time at this apartment, the neighbourhood was quiet, peaceful, and lush. The park nearby has a great atmosphere and there are a ton of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well. Main attractions such as the Castle District are just a tram ride away. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a month of working, which included cooking some meals at home, and doing laundry. The air conditioner worked great once the summer heat kicked in! Dr. James welcomed me during check-in and was very friendly, and responded quickly to any issues or questions I had, even coming after work to help troubleshoot the router (it was fixed very quickly, thank you again!) I highly recommend James' place for a quiet retreat away from the city, where you can discover the nice vibe of Buda.

We had a great stay at this accomodation. It is a new, luxury condominium with the best location: close to shops, restaurants and cafes, a few minutes walk from the Jewish quarter, with excellent connectivity by public transport. The apartment is perfectly equipped. Timea was always attentive to our needs and communication was always very agile. I highly recommend this accommodation in Budapest!!

Lovely place to explore Budapest. Very clean apartment in a central location. Good access to buses, tram and metro. Easy walk across the bridge to Gellért Thermal Bath. Thank you for having us :)

As last time - everything good

Very responsive host and very welcoming. Felt right at home in the lovely apartment. Would definitely recommend if you’re going in a group of about three or four, but would also be ideal for a couple. Tram only a 5 minute walk away which takes you straight into the centre. If I come back to Budapest I’ll be sure to book this again.

The stay was great. A bit far from the centre, but public transportation was close. Clean and amazing host.

It was an amazing stay. The house is spacious, the pool and jacuzzi are wonderful. There are many features that make it easy to spend a whole week without leaving the house and never get bored. Access to bikes and the boat was fantastic. Highly recommended!

The owner's kind and prompt response made me feel at home and I liked it. I parked first and watched the city. I think travelers are considerate.

This was a wonderful place to stay for four adults and a baby! It was pleasant, peaceful, and a short walk to public transportation. Kató gave us a tour of the place on arrival and the attention to detail really shows in every aspect of the home. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Budapest!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house with everything very clean and good amenities. The location was perfect, a quick walk to the Riverside. Great views from our bedroom balcony loved seeing the Danube and Castle lit up at night. Would definitely recommend.
