Great base location right at the heart of the Brecons. While no on site parking, the main village car park is a short walk away. Cottage is very cosy and suits all seasons. Beautifully presented with lots of great touches and very pet friendly. Lovely welcome gifts as well.

We had a cosy, comfortable stay at The Walkers Rest, with stunning views right from the windows. We made good use of the provided map for a beautiful hike around the local area, spotting plenty of spring lambs along the way. A late request to Angharad for use of the sauna was kindly accommodated, and it turned out to be the perfect final touch to our stay. The sauna features large windows so you can soak in the mountain views and we even heard owls calling in the evening! We’ll definitely be returning!

Great location and spotless! I was working nearby and this apartment was just so convenient. The kitchen is really well equipped for an Airbnb which is always great news when you are staying for a long period of time. Really quiet area and good parking nearby. The flat was absolutely spotless and Paul was a great communicator. Will be back for sure!

Ivan was a great host, super responsive to any questions. We had a lovely stay as a group of friends wanting to explore the Brecon Beacons. The building is a lovely place to stay and lots of space for bigger groups. The local pub is easy to get to and great selection of beers (very hilly walk home). Would definitely recommend a stay!
