It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

We were absolutely delighted! Everything was so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail — you can really tell that the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. We had such a great time: grilled some delicious barbecue, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’d love to come back again!

We spent New Year’s Eve in Beatrix’s villa in Vienna and we had an amazing time. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms and we had everything we needed. The place is very clean, private and close to several bus lines that took us to Ottakring Subway Station. All in all we had a great vacation in Vienna.

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The place is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically equipped. There are numerous ways to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right outside the front door there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach Vienna city center in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets very close by. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. Electric charging station for cars just 100 meters away.

A genuine normal house, not one of those of apartment-like products that you find these days. The host is a real person, nice and helpful. Plus a fantastic location if you're looking for the "green Vienna" experience. Probably my best airbnb stay ever.

Around it was a very good stay. Exploring Vienna from this location worked great. Some furnishings are slowly coming to their end of life. But for a place to stay and stay is perfectly fine.

Communication with the host was outstanding and went smoothly. We can only recommend the accommodation and would book it again on a renewed trip.

Birdsong, a stream that rushes, in the evening you listen to the frogs and roses bloom, - my heart laughs with this great color. You're a guest here, so be prepared It's their home, not yours If you are looking for peace and quiet, and don't need a word, then come here to this place. Loved our stay at Alexander and Barbara’s place. They are excellent hosts, always ready to help you out with a smile on their faces. The house is beautiful, we had our own bathroom and toilet just outside the room. The room itself was spacious and pretty. It had a small kitchenette and a big balcony which overlooked the magnolia tree. Everything was squeaky clean. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something a little outside of Vienna city centre. Although it’s pretty well connected to the centre through the train station and the underground line.

Great four days in Vienna in a really excellent place. Very nice contact with Beatrix. Outstanding roof terrace with great views of the Vienna skyline. Definitely recommend!
