Suite dúplex con terraza. Independiente.

El apartamento tiene 45 m2 En la planta principal tenemos un loft con el salón-comedor y la pequeña cocina, al fondo el baño. En la planta superior habitación abuhardillada de madera con cama de matrimonio y salida a la terraza de 15 m2 con mesa y sillas donde poder comer o tomar un aperitivo. La entrada, el apartamento y la terraza son independientes. Aunque la entrada sea autónoma siempre estamos para lo que podáis necesitar. Sólo se admite una mascota, si viajáis con mas preguntadme antes!!

Relájate y desconecta en este alojamiento tranquilo y elegante. Hace años que somos anfitriones en Airbnb, alquilando la buhardilla de nuestra propia casa. Como no tenía entrada independiente pensamos en adaptar nuestro sótano para poder seguir recibiendo huéspedes con mayor intimidad, ya que siempre nos ha gustado la idea de poder alojar a gente de todo el mundo. Fue un proyecto en el que participamos toda la familia y en el que pusimos toda nuestra ilusión y cariño. ¡Esperamos que os guste!

Si vienes a Madrid o alrededores, este es un excelente loft, de 70 metros cuadrados, con el acceso a la vivienda independiente. Espacioso y moderno. El loft cuenta con una habitación de matrimonio con vestidor modo suite, con una ventana que llena de luz el espacio. Totalmente equipado y funcional. El salón comedor es muy amplio, cuenta con un sofá cama, tipo chaislelongue. Tiene un baño y una cocina, ambos totalmente equipados. Dispone de una habitación estudio y un cuarto de lavandería.

In the basement, master bedroom with smart TV. An internal staircase leads to the enclosed master bedroom. The apartment may not be suitable for young children due to the internal staircase. Parking is easy and free in the streets around the apartment. There is no private parking space.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo para conocer Madrid y sus alrededores sin agobios (El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila y Toledo) y donde poder retirarse a descansar. No hay que dejar de visitar el Palacio del Infante Don Luis y sus jardines ubicado en pleno centro de Boadilla del Monte. El acceso a la piscina privada está limitado a los meses de julio y agosto y siempre para baños puntuales de refresco.

Cozy and quiet space that we have decorated with love and care. It is ideal to come by car, as it is within an urbanization and located near various tourist spots such as El Escorial, Segovia, Toledo and of course Madrid. Close to outlet stores, cinemas, spa, golf, Boadilla forest, etc. Apartment with separate entrance attached to a single-family home. It has a living room-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
