Monthly Rentals in Brooklyn Heights

Gus was an absolutely wonderful host. Myself and my parents were in the area due to a Medical stay. We were unsure how long our stay would be so we booked for a few weeks, when we knew we needed to stay longer I was able to reach out to Gus and he was very understanding and always willing to allow us to extend our stay as long as it wasn't already booked. The house was perfect for our needs. Everything was exactly as stated. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, even with a school right down the road. I would absolutely recommend this property and GUS for any stay in the area. The only thing I would advise for anybody looking to stay is to bring a six way plug for the bedrooms as the power supply is very limited, if you need to charge more than a phone. I will always consider Gus's properties anytime we are in the area.

The house is an older home , but very nice. Perfect for a couple or one person. Madison’s is very informative and helpful. Nice to have access to outside security but doorbell ring never worked. I do recommend the house. Short drive to everything.

I stayed in Dave’s upstairs unit for 4 months. Dave was kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Leading up to my stay he answered my questions in a timely manner and even added a few items I asked about. His place was clean and just as described. I would absolutely stay here again.

Tim and Kristyn were both amazing hosts. The apartment was perfectly appointed and exactly as advertised. It was so clean and well maintained. Every detail was thought of down to a make up mirror and wash cloth. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We had no issues reaching the hosts if we had any questions arise during our stay. Hoping to stay here again for our future visits to Cleveland. Thank you!!
