Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Grilling and sunbathing in the garden. Outdoor sauna, 2 e-bikes, Thule Cab2, and Wallbox for electric cars can each be booked separately.

We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

The accommodation consists of a cozy bedroom/living area with a double bed, a new sofa bed, a small TV, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. A highlight of the apartment is the large, private terrace. Enjoy a quiet evening there or stroll along the lake. This is within easy walking distance in about 10 minutes. The garden and the quiet location invite you to relax.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes.
