House vacation rentals in Broadstairs

As we walked in my son said ‘wow’ and that was all of our reaction! We have stayed in a caravan on this site before but this was a lodge and it was so much bigger! Great living space, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a veranda! 40min lovely walk along the beach/promenade into Whistable and great foodie pub just across the road (the Oyster Pearl). We had a great couple of nights here, we wished we had booked longer!

Nick is a fabulous host. Nothing is a problem for Nick. The local restaurant recommendations were spot on. The house is gorgeous, perfect for our family of four. The carefully thought out home had everything…and I mean everything you could wish for! Beds are very comfortable, space is carefully planned and utilised. Bathroom is fantastic, lots of towels! Thanks Nick, see you again we hope!

Great place to hang out, especially with a super easy to use and very well heated hot tub, pool table, and table tennis table. We were there as a group of 5 adults, quick weekend getaway, the size of the 2 studios was great for us, any more people and it would have been a squeeze. Paul was very friendly and helpful and really wanted us to have a great time which we did 👍 great base to explore other places in Kent like Dover and Folkestone.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

We had a lovely weekend at Trinity cottage, in a stunning setting surrounded by beautiful gardens and a property to match. Karen and David were welcoming and very helpful. They were there to meet us and show us around the property but gave us privacy throughout our stay whilst being readily available if we needed them. The cottage was stocked with a very generous hamper, with almost everything you could have needed, and high end toiletries and plenty of soft fluffy high end towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I can’t not recommend it enough. The garden is a real highlight. It is entirely enclosed, even the much larger outer garden, which was great for our dog to run around in. The sunset across the meadow is beautiful and the sunshine in the rear patio area makes the perfect spot for an afternoon cocktail!

We were very impressed on arrival. Lovely peaceful grounds, pool bigger than we’d expected and great games area. Good place to stay with our extended family, good central location, really enjoyed nearby Canterbury. We were lucky with the weather. We visited Howletts zoo & 2 different sea-sides. The house is quite warm, it’s great fans are provided in all bedrooms. Improvements- Need better extraction for the kitchen- & update the book on what to do if the smoke alarm goes off! The agency were quick to help but with poor phone signal this was tricky to arrange. Bigger beds/ new mattresses Downstairs loo had no toilet lid Other reviews mentioned cobwebs & the place seeming a bit ‘tired’, I’d agree with some of that but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful time & a few cobwebs don’t bother me, everything else was clean and we’d love to return .

We had a brilliant stay at Nicola’s house. It is beautifully done and very clean. Easy to find and get in with the lockbox. Amazing location for Whitstable high street and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Great stay, the house was close to the town centre and had everything which you could need to have a good break. Clean, tidy and comfy.

Everything just seemed a little bit better than expected. The photos understated the space (usually the other way round). More tastefully decorated than I've come to expect and the kitchen equipment and even crockery was a notch up on Airbnb expectations. Plus the beach is so easy to get to. Just walk in a straight line for 300m and you're there. Plus a co-op right round the corner for supplies.

I can’t recommend Lisa’s place enough. We had a different air bnb booked which cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. We were so pleased to find Lisa’s lovely home and we are pleased our original one cancelled! The house is really large and spacious, lots of room for our group of 10. Rooms were comfortable and all facilities were more than adequate for our group. Lots of seating inside and out, lovely hot tub and a lovely sunny garden. The house is on a quiet estate with ample parking. Lisa communicated really well and check in was easy. Would highly recommend

Had a great stay for Easter weekend with our two little ones. We had a nightmare journey down and Matthew allowed us to alter our booking very last minute which was very kind! We really appreciated this. Communication was great throughout our stay. 5 minute drive from Deal seafront / castle. House was perfect for what we needed. Was the first time our little girl had stayed in a cot in her own room! 🙌🏼 Success! Would highly recommend Matthew’s place. Thanks again!

The accommodation was perfect for our group of 8 when visiting the local area on our golf trip. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Free parking close to house and a short trip in to Canterbury city centre.

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Jo was an amazing host very responsive and the photos matched the house perfectly, came here for my sisters hen weekend and everyone loved the house. There was 10 of us and it was so spacious everyone had their own space, the house was very clean and the beds were amazing everyone had an amazing sleep. We spent an exquisitely sunny week in March here as a family of six and had a perfect time. Lauren and Lee are the perfect hosts living only next door but not bothering their guests in the slightest. There was a little problem with the toaster and within the hour after letting them know, we had a shiny new and even bigger replacement standing in the kitchen. The mattresses were super comfy and there were enough towels to use. The house is in a safe neighbourhood and we were allowed to use their driveway for parking which felt even better. The house is conveniently located close to supermarkets and the beach and there’s lots to see and do in the area. Trains to London take only one hour and the only thing that would have made the accommodation any better would have been a dishwasher. Still, there’s plenty of cutlery and dishes so there was no shortage or urgency to clean immediately. We would definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Alana’s place it was well equipped everything you needed and more. Clean and very homely feel to the place Would recommend Alana herself was very friendly and quick to respond not that we had any problems. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cute place 😊

We had a really fantastic weekend at Sara’s house. It is so beautiful. We loved being there and would go back again in a heartbeat. The house and garden were even of a much higher standard than the photos portrayed. A perfect weekend.

This accomodation in Whitfield gave us an extremely welcoming and comfortable stay within easy reach of family and local amenities. We were able to visit Dover, Canterbury and Leeds Castle easily, knowing we could return for a peaceful night’s sleep. Thank you for a wonderful Easter weekend.

I had a lovely birthday weekend staying at Natasha's Airbnb. It's super close to Ramsgate town and has lots to do locally in the sun. Natasha also gave me some great recommendations. The house is beautiful and clean with everything set up perfectly - there were even coals for the barbecue. Natasha was very responsive and flexible regarding check in and out. I would definitely recommend the place if you're looking for a lovely weekend away with lots of friends or a big family.

Had such a lovely time in this gorgeous house. The garden is huge and absolutely stunning with an amazing barbecue that was in pristine condition. The house is really well equipped and excellently located. The host was amazing and had provided lovely finishing touches around the house to make us feel so welcome. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend Ally’s place highly enough. Very comfortable accommodation and fantastically placed for an easy stroll to the independent shops and restaurants of Deal, the seafront and beyond. The house itself was easy to find and was spacious but cosy at the same time. Visited Deal with 4 friends but will definitely return with family.
