Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Broadstairs

We really enjoyed our family long weekend staying at The Hayloft. The property conversion is finished to a high standard with great attention to detail giving it a luxury feel. The Hayloft is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Peaceful location set within the countryside, perfect to enjoy the hot tub. Friendly and thoughtful hosts who live opposite and made sure we had everything we needed. Would throughly recommend this property to families/couples/friends you will not be disappointed.

The Lodge is an amazing place to spend time with family and friends if you really need a break from everything. The area is peaceful and nice for long walks. The house is clean and well equiped and has something for everyone (hot tub, games room, bbq). The garden is big and the kids can enjoy running around while the adults enjoy a drink or two. Also, the house is very big and the rooms are spacious. It's a home from home and we had an incredible time. The hosts were very polite and responsive. There are two local stores one in Barham and one in Elham for essentials but if you want to just relax, bring your shopping (there are three fridges and loads of storage space). I wholeheartedly reccommend the Lodge, our extended family of 8 had an unforgettable time there. Thank you Patrick and Jane for hosting us!

Modern home, perfect location, private jacuzzi with evening lights for a romantic evening, and lovely host who responds quickly. Overall 200% recommend ! We would definitely be back .

Jo’s place offers 5 star luxury and accommodation, it was perfect for our friends long weekend away. Jo is very responsive and was always on hand to reply to any messages. The house has everything we needed and we loved the BBQ. It’s in a lovely quiet rural area but only a short drive from Whitstable and the surrounding towns and villages. We all had an amazing time and would definitely revisit.

This house has absolutely everything you could ever want or need. Swimming pool is great and heated to a perfect temp for the kids. House is enormous and every little thing seems to have been thought of by the hosts including extras such as dressing gowns for all guests, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer in every room. Location is right on the coast with great views out the front of the sea. Garden is lovely. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Alan and Bill

Superb for 6 adults and really good for two flexible extra adults who can climb the loft ladder to the two single beds in the family room. Alex was so easy to deal with and will accommodate requests if able to do so. The breakfast platter we organised was a great start to the day - delivered with fresh tea and coffee. We would not hesitate in returning - the area has ample walks, Beach and activities and local pubs to make a week vacation a pleasure

The place was wonderfully, perfect location, facilities and amenities, hot tub was spot on, comfortable beds and plenty of space for 6 adults.

Really enjoyed our stay perfect location for a few days in whitstable easy walk to town and sea had a few issues getting hot tub working but Kate was very helpful would come back again thank you

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

We had a great stay at this Villa. It's huge and quirky. Great kitchen with good equipment. The hot tub was a real treat, good size and great temperature. It is on a really busy road.

We rented the cottage from Clement for a quiet weekend among friends. For us, this was the ideal place as we wanted to flee from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a beautiful house with lots of light and a large garden where you can sit blissfully under the sun. Clement received us superbly with a welcome letter and a drink that we found very thoughtful. In short, the ideal place for a quiet getaway. We will definitely come back here again.

Very good stay. There were 13 of us. The host is very welcoming and friendly. Special mention for the fireplace on when we arrived! The accommodation is really nice, plenty of room, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of board games. Recommended! We'll be back again. Thank you for everything!

As others have said, the photos don’t do this place justice. We were blown away by the location, the views and how amazing Linda was. She accommodated us at very short notice (booked the day before we arrived) and she met us to give us a tour. She even gave us some treats which was such a lovely touch. The area is so peaceful and quiet, even my kids enjoyed just sitting on the terrace watching the sea. I highly recommend this AirBnB. An amazing place to stay! Thank you again Linda for being amazing and making our last minute trip such a memorable one.

We had a wonderfully restful stay as a family of four in The Lookout. Upon arrival I was struck by the immaculate condition of the accommodation and the lovely luxurious touches such as White Company towels, beautiful bedlinen, Molton Brown toiletries, and thoughtful touches such as a little sachet of bath salts provided beside the bath along with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, all in beautiful bottles which really added to the luxurious feel and lovely decor. Besides swing-ball and ping pong outside, inside there was an array of board games in excellent condition which we could’ve used had we forgotten our own. We really enjoyed the wood-fired hot tub. We had been a little concerned that it might be something we wouldn’t bother with more than once but we actually used it 3 out of the 4 evenings both in daylight and at night and being able to sit and look over the cornfield in perfect privacy was very relaxing indeed. Great thought has gone into the accommodation - we loved it!

The lodge is beautifully decorated and very clean. We did need help with something there, Charlotte and Billy were very quick to respond and resolved the issue in no time. It’s really spacious inside and all the lamps around really add a homely vibe. We had a lovely time and would definitely return!

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at the Love Nest to celebrate our anniversary. Lovely location, extremely peaceful. The place was very clean and welcoming, cozy little lodge. We would stay again, they also have other accommodation options, which we would like to try. Thank you for having us.

We had a lovely short break here as a family of four with two teens and a dog. The accommodation is compact but nicely done, well furnished and equipped. Beds and hot tub were immaculate. Aiden recommended the Folkestone harbour arm and local Cliff View Cafe, both of which we visited and enjoyed. We really enjoyed the WW2 tunnels at Dover Castle too. Would definitely recommend.

Such a beautiful place and the hosts were really friendly. This area of Kent has so many lovely walks, we really enjoyed visiting some local churches. The shepherd’s hut has all the essentials, and the decking and hot tub overlooking the lake are glorious. It was lovely meeting the hosts’ spaniel!

I couldn't recommend our stay enough, the cabin was beautiful, absolutely perfect for a peaceful holiday. The highland cows in the garden were lovely and there were bunnies everywhere - so cute to watch while having breakfast in the morning. There are lots of walks to do directly from the cabins without needing to drive anywhere, multiple pubs are also walkable and coming back to a hot tub after a long walk was perfect. Jo and her family were really kind, and put up birthday decorations for us and there was a little hamper with fresh eggs, bread, milk and cakes. Jo replied really quickly to our requests and made our stay as smooth as possible.

Perfect relaxing break! The Lodge for 2ad or the Retreat adjacent for 4, share enormous garden area but both are so private to rent independently with their own facilities. Quality equipment & furnishings & large gas BBQ. Real hot tub (not blow up pool) available on arrival to use 24/7 if you wanted! Lovely touches of Prosecco, chocs & marshmallows to welcome you. Fire pit & outdoor quoits were fun. Comfy bed, double shower and bathrobes provided, along with all necessary basics. Kitchen fully equipped. An inside & an outside fridge were a fab bonus. We had sunshine so could use the sun loungers on the raised decking to appreciate the countryside orchard views. 15mins walk into village to 2 great Gastro pubs if required. Outside covered lounge & TV sounded strange initially but it worked. Kari’s communication was 1st class too. Also appreciated the standard checkout being noon ! Everything has been thought of here. We’ll be back 🥰xx

We absolutely loved our 2 nights - we’d live there if we could! Very well equipped, comfortable and clean! Perfect location to visit Rye and local vineyards! Exceeded already high expectations and was a lovely peaceful place to celebrate my boyfriend’s 30th! Will 100% come back!
