We’ve just returned from a couple of days in Broadstairs and stayed at the Hideaway. Sally is a great host and the Hideaway is located perfectly for the beach, coastal walks, restaurants, ice cream parlours, amusements and mini golf. We took the dog on long beach walks and found Broadstairs to be very relaxed and friendly. The Hideaway is perfect for a mini break and is very comfortable and clean. We loved it and will be back another time. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home 😊

We had a lovely stay at Kay’s property. Exactly as described, spotlessly clean with kind and thoughtful extras such as a cold bottle of fizz and some beers in the fridge, as well as bread, eggs and fresh milk for breakfast. We were recommended to eat at the Hampton Inn, a short walk from the property along the beach. The food and service there was excellent - highly recommended! The outside shower was fabulous - powerful and hot and I confess to luxuriating in it for far longer than the showers I take at home. Just bliss. The property is an easy three mile walk along the sea front into Whitstable in one direction (under an hour) and around fifteen minutes to the pier in Herne Bay in the other. A great central location but also very easy striking distance by car if you want to investigate further afield. We loved our stay and look forward to returning ☺️ Thank you Kay 🙏🏼

Property is ideally situated and very close walking distance to town centre. Property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The information sheet provided all working details for the property amenities and some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Loved the split levels - perfect for a long weekend away with other families. It was a little bit of a squeeze around the kitchen table for 12 but we made it work. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wow! What an amazing home. So much bigger than the photos give it credit for. Easy to find and walkable to town, beach, shops and restaurants. The home had everything we needed and an extra fridge was welcomed as a family of five! The beds were extremely comfy so we all slept soundly. Ellie has been responsive, helpful and always replied to my emails quickly. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage, and for letting us bring our four-legged friend too! Broadstairs is amazing!

We absolutely loved staying at the Beach Hut. The location was perfect, we walked into Margate and Birchington. Train and buses so close if needed . Westgate High street was so close and the Swan which was 2 minutes away was great for food and drinks. It was really peaceful and extremely clean, such lovely touches with coffee/tea, milk, water and cereal. We loved the chilled atmosphere sitting in the front of the hut for drinks or coffee , so relaxing. We would definitely stay again and also recommend for a perfect relaxing break and although we only got to wave at Lorraine , David was so friendly and checked to see if all was ok for us . Great communication and we absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for our stay and how attentive and responsive you have been 👍

What can I say, absolutely lovely weekend away, this was an incredible find and the location and stay was incredible, the pictures do not do the accommodation justice. Denise was amazing, so friendly and just what you need from a host. The holiday home was far better than a platinum stay, it was beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were clean and fresh, the bed was so comfy, the view from the living room watching the sunset was beautiful and it is a 5 min walk to the beach. Denise made us feel so welcome it was like home from home. My only negative was I had to go home, I cannot wait to go back and stay for longer, I would highly recommend this stay.

A wonderful venue for a family get together. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished in Art Deco style. The position and views were amazing, and the heated pool was the icing on the cake! Thank you to Alan and Bill for letting us share your beautiful house, and for being so helpful with all our questions!

The stay and the holiday home was great. Most important thing for us was cleanliness and the place met our expectations. Clean linen, towels and furnishing. It’s less than 5 minute walk away from the beach. Central heating and Samsung heater/cooler was great. TV in the living room and each guest room for when relaxing. Cordless vacuum in the cupboard. Some toiletries in the bathroom which was nice. Some bread, jam and butter for us when we arrived which was good. All in all, was a lovely stay. Will come again.

What an incredible location! We loved the sea views and being able to walk into Herne bay for an ice cream so easily. You had everything we needed and were so helpful if we ran into any problems. Don’t miss visiting this gem if you get the chance!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. A beautiful cottage, and extremely spacious. The sea view is stunning. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view. The decor is of very high quality with lots of personal touches. The kitchen has everything you need. Communication was excellent, lots of recommendations and helpful information. We would stay again and highly recommend Foreland cottage.

I stayed at Maria’s with a couple of friends during a weekend away to Margate. The house was FABULOUS and can highly recommend if you fancy somewhere quirky with a bit of glamour. The house was easy walking distance to the old town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Maria was super responsive, friendly and the perfect host. Five stars all round.

Olivia was a brilliant host and gave excellent instruction on how to check in and out. We had a wonderful time for my sisters birthday and would highly recommend for a beach day! Thanks!

Our favourite local escape is Ramsgate and Sandwich Bay. Never disappointing. The Royals Sands, “LookOut” apartment just added to our experience. We really enjoyed staying in the luxurious yet homely apartment. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Cleanliness and the layout. Spacious and very social open plan kitchen diner living room is place for fun and games of all kinds. The local fishmonger “Fruits de Mer” will provide you with great seafood should you wish to make a meal in the lovely kitchen of the “LookOut”! Nevertheless, all good restaurants and eateries are just a few minutes walk away. We loved the views from the balcony and the sofas. We opened the doors in the mornings to hear the gentle waves crashing on the shores of the Sandwich Bay and the seagulls murmuring and squabbling. I love seagulls, perhaps it’s because I loved Jonathan Livingston Seagull as a child. If you are looking for a Tranquil and romantic get away “the Lookout” will set the scene. Many thanks!
