Vacation rentals with beach access in Broadstairs

Loved our stay at Stacey and Damian’s. Perfect location in Cliftonville. Easily walkable to the old town, but also within reach of the lovely Walpole Bay and local shops / bars. Beautifully decorated space that was perfect for the 2 of us.

Stayed for one night while visiting Margate for a concert at Dreamland. Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in! Walkable to everything in Margate, clean and tidy, well stocked with amenities and decorated beautifully. Welcomed by Fee who seemed lovely, and were left with lots of recommendations for places to go/things to do.

Fabulous! The place was immaculate, really comfy bed, extremely well appointed, amazing view, the communal area smelt amazing,aswell as the apartment! Thanks for a great stay

I had lovely few nights in Margate. The flat was in a great location, a few minutes walk from Old Town and with lots of lovely restaurants and shops nearby. I had everything I needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay and will be visiting again next time I am in Margate. Recommended!

This is the third time we stay here and we would stay again without hesitation. The breathtaking view, lovely flat with comfy beds and clean kitchen and bathroom are unmatchable.

Just had another wonderful stay at Sea Sprite! Susan is an exceptional host who really wants her guests to have the best possible stay. The cottage is super clean and very well equipped with many basics provided. Susan has chosen very tasteful furnishings which make the cottage a really pleasant place to stay. The bed is really comfortable and plenty of towels are provided. The location is perfect - in the quiet historic part of town within a short walk of the many good restaurants, cafes and pubs in Deal. We will be back as soon as we can!

What an amazing weekend we spent at Nick’s place! Thank you for hosting us and we would 100% recommend it to people and would love to come back when the opportunity presents itself! Lovely house in a beautiful location, what a gem - we were pleasantly surprised. Got lucky with the weather too, had the best time. Our daughter loved playing with the toys and learned how to swim in the pool. Thank you again!

Can’t give a more positive review for Angela’s town house. It’s in the perfect location, a 2minute walk from the beach, we found parking quite easy and there’s loads to do in Margate. The house itself is wonderful, very clean, has ample supplies in terms of kitchen cookware, loads of board games, beds are comfy and everything you could think to need is available. Angela herself is a wonderful host, she provided us with a local guide for the restaurants, left us a lovely gift on arrival and was on hand to help with anything we needed. This stay was worth every penny!!

What a wonderful time we’ve just had in Rob’s beautiful beachside apartment. It certainly had the WOW factor with gorgeous furnishings, fabulous balcony and amazing views. The location was spot on, being located along the quieter end of the beach but still within easy walking distance to some cool bars and restaurants. We visited the bus cafe and beach bar with DJ set a stones throw from the property, along with the Fez bar, Bottega Caruso and the Micro brewery further into the town. The Turner Gallery, crab museum and TKE (all free) were great too. The communication with Rob and Fila was very pleasant and super efficient! We hope to return!

Lovely house. Great location, 10 minute walk into Ramsgate. Alex was friendly and informative. Parking was a little bit tight.

We love Broadstairs and this location is perfect to walk to the beach and all the fabulous restaurants. The house was exactly as we expected, clean and tidy and we felt right at home!!

Charming little air bnb in an amazing location. Under 5 mins from beautiful Margate beach, but on a quiet side street. The property is a cosy, little 2 bed house. Homely and uncluttered. Even has a little, covered courtyard style garden for chillin' (and drying wet swimming trunks). The hosts, Zack & Georgia, were friendly, super helpful and polite. They always replied very quickly and you got the feeling nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The house even has free parking adjacent to the property. Which is super helpful, as anyone travelling with young children knows you tend to pack half the house. We'd def stay in this little gem of a find again and would highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay! The flat is tastefully decorated with unique objects in every corner, comfy beds, great living space... we felt right at home!!! The flat is a nice short walk in to Margate old town for great food and drink options, and well placed for longer walks along the Kent coast and beaches in either direction. We hope to be back !!!!

The flat was perfect for 5 of us plus a dog, plenty of space and the beds were comfy. The location is great, just a minute's walk to the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. We booked a parking space about 10 mins walk away through a parking app and that worked well for us. The flat is quite rustic, but this was reflected in the price, and the wonky floors had their own kind of charm. This is the second time we have stayed in one of Maryanne's properties and she has been communicative and responsive both times. I would definitely stay here if I visit Margate again.

The highlight of the apartment was certainly the beautiful view, we enjoyed watching the boats go by. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, even has vinegar if you bring some fish & chips home! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a full sized hairdryer. All very appreciated. The path in front is easy to get to Margate from, we found the path down along the beach to be less windy and more enjoyable. Tiarrah's Pizza bar is close by and does fantastic pizzas and cocktails. I slept amazingly well too. We were offered an early check-in too which allowed us to get more time on holiday. thanks!

Highly recommend Jiten and Kathryns’s place. Very good location near the old town and the flat itself is clean, well decorated and a pleasure to stay. Jiten and Kathryn were very easy and straightforward to communicate with and made our stay very relaxed.

Been here a few times now and this is by far our favourite, amazing property in an amazing location. Close to all amenities, couldn’t be better and can’t wait to return later in the year

Great apartment in great location. View one could never tire of!

Great location by the sea (enjoyed the reclining couch and the view of the beach!) and short walk to tidal pool, seaside sauna, and many nice cafes etc. Enjoyed the decor a lot and how well stocked the kitchen was. In some ways, quite a well loved and lived in place - but for many that could add to the charm! For our trip, that added to the holiday weekend feel and had a fabulous time!
