Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Broadstairs

Regular visitors to Deal & Walmer this was our first visit to Tobias's sea view flat. It's in a great location and very easy to park nearby. Opening the living room curtains in the morning to sit at the table with a coffee and book, looking across to the sea, is the perfect way to start the day - and while away a few hours! The flat felt very homely and had everything that we needed - preferring to venture out to local restaurants ourselves, rather than cooking - but the kitchen had everything that we needed, plus another lovely view.

Had an amazing weekend, accommodation was perfect and as described. Beautiful location, parking definitely a bonus - this won’t be our last visit!

Séjour en tous points excellent, y compris les équipements et produits fournis. Logement très propre. La vue est également très appréciable ! Seul petit bémol la chaleur dans le logement (surtout pour la période) sans doute issue des baies vitrées et de l’exposition. Notre séjour reste toutefois très positif.

Our favourite local escape is Ramsgate and Sandwich Bay. Never disappointing. The Royals Sands, “LookOut” apartment just added to our experience. We really enjoyed staying in the luxurious yet homely apartment. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Cleanliness and the layout. Spacious and very social open plan kitchen diner living room is place for fun and games of all kinds. The local fishmonger “Fruits de Mer” will provide you with great seafood should you wish to make a meal in the lovely kitchen of the “LookOut”! Nevertheless, all good restaurants and eateries are just a few minutes walk away. We loved the views from the balcony and the sofas. We opened the doors in the mornings to hear the gentle waves crashing on the shores of the Sandwich Bay and the seagulls murmuring and squabbling. I love seagulls, perhaps it’s because I loved Jonathan Livingston Seagull as a child. If you are looking for a Tranquil and romantic get away “the Lookout” will set the scene. Many thanks!

This was a very last minute booking after another trip was cancelled. But this was no problem for Simone who contacted us after our booking to say heating was on and the apartment was ready! The apartment looks just like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the fabulous sea views. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is a good location for reaching some of the highlights of this region and we were lucky to have some great weather. Whitstable was a favourite day out, especially cream tea at the Castle tea rooms. We also enjoyed Sandwich - and Broadstairs which we walked to along the beach. Captain Digby pub just across the road recommended for a friendly welcome and great food. Botany Bay a great lunch stop. All in all we had a fab time at Simone's place - it was VERY good value for what we paid.

I cannot recommend Ramsgate’s Royal Sands and Seastay enough. The apartment’s location was fabulous for its enormous sea view whilst the apartment itself was finished to an unbelievably high specification. It was beautifully designed and furnished and incredibly spacious. It was also spotless on arrival. As a host, Seastay was excellent. Incredibly responsive to my pre arrival requests, and charming in their communication. Checking in on us after our first night was a lovely touch. All the arrival information was spot on and seamless. Thank you for a great stay.

If you are visiting Canterbury, you must stay here. Deborah’s place is beautifully decorated and has a stocked kitchen ready for you to make a meal. Perfectly furnished rooms and such comfortable beds and real cotton bed linens. The big tub is divine. Stop looking for other places to stay in Canterbury and book this one! You won’t regret it. Yes you will have to duck a bit when walking around upstairs, but this adds to the charm. You are in a historic area and in beautifully restored historic building, so it only adds to the charm.

A lovely spacious and beautifully presented house and garden that was perfect for our group of 5. Off street parking with a charge point was a bonus. We love Broadstairs anyway, but the location was great. Far enough from the centre to be peaceful but everything in easy walking distance. Karim was a great host and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.

We had a lovely 3 night stay with our 2 young children. The house was as described, clean and nicely decorated. the travel cot and high chair available for our 1 year old were a bonus, saved us space in the car! The house is within walking distance to the city centre, cathedral, restaurants and local supermarket. It’s also round the corner from the train station, we easily got the train to Margate one day, being able to leave the car parked at the house was really handy. Great communication from Rebecca and Jo, very responsive and helpful.

Lovely apartment in a very central position. Everything was very clean and tidy. Could do with a few more kitchen essentials.

Debra was an amazing host- very informative & friendly! The accommodation was 5 stars- beautifully clean and well kept! 2 min walk to the beautiful beach- 15 mins walk to Whitstable. Perfect location & get away! Love to come back :)

Was very clean and modern mutual interior. This was my mums dream home perfect size for the 4 of us. The communication was very speedy.

A lovely, clean, peaceful getaway for our young family – had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen for proper home-cooked meals, comfy lounges for both adults and kids, and a PlayStation with PSVR and loads of games (even tempted the grown-ups!). But the highlight was the pool – the photos do not do it justice, with floats, toys, and a deep end up to 2m. Private access connected to the house meant early morning or even midnight swims! Super thoughtful setup for families – travel cot, change mat, stair gates, and safety locks where needed. Communication was excellent, with fast replies and helpful updates like roadworks info. Best of all, our eldest finally learnt to swim here – something we’ve not managed to do back home. Would definitely return if they'll have us. One of our best Airbnb stays yet – thank you!

I highly recommend a stay at Tara's place! I visited Canterbury to attend a conference at the University of Kent, and I'm so glad I chose this AirBnB for my stay. The day before I arrived, Tara asked if I had any preferences for breakfast goodies that she could provide. There were crumpets, raisin buns, biscuits, and fruit waiting for me, as well as milk, butter, and jam in the fridge and several kinds of teas, coffee, and even drinking chocolate. The flat is beautifully decorated, and the bed is quite comfortable. I had trouble getting out of bed the morning of my conference, I was so comfortable. I also appreciated the washer in the unit, and Tara even dried my damp jeans in her dryer. Lastly, she offered to drop me at the train station, which was so appreciated! The flat is well located - about a 10-minute walk from the train station, a 15-minute walk from the cathedral, and a 10-minute bus ride to the university. I'd gladly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Monica’s & Jeremy’s lovely apartment! The apartment has every amenity you could wish for and the location is ideal! We had truly excellent communication and assistance throughout our stay. We have no hesitation in fully recommending a stay and we very much look forward to returning in the near future!

Nathan was extremely nice and quick at responding. Nathan let us check in 30 mins early as we got there faster than scheduled. We loved our stay as we got to relax and forget about our busy work schedules. The place is extremely comfortable and homey, perfect for a romantic dinners and relaxation. We came by train so buses and train stations were very near. In conclusion its the pefect stay for a couple!

First class experience from the start of booking process to check out. Stunning apartment in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean with welcome fizz, orange juice and milk in the fridge. Communications with Wendy were excellent as were the instruction to find and enter the property. One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in!
