We love Kelling Heath and loved staying in this lovely lodge. Really peaceful location with deer outside the window. Great little porch for shoes, coats and dog paraphernalia, allowing inside to stay clean and cosy. Really smashing stay.

We have always loved staying with Clare's properties, several times in the cart lodge but this was first in Little Bengate Barn, the host always sent clear messages and we found our stay very comfortable with all you could ask from a holiday get away. We stayed with our two dogs and lots of walks and close to visit surrounding places we love to see in Norfolk. I am sure we will be back again as all the properties are charming and offer all you could need for a lovely stay away. This time we had a shared hot tub, that worked chalking times up on a board, it was different to slot into times with the other property stay but we made it work, only small advise would be to have a outside clock, or somewhere to place phone near on a shelf as we kept checking time in dressing gown pocket hanging up, ready for there guests turn in the hot tub. Thanks for our perfect get away, and as mentioned I'm sure to visit again soon, we have recommended to friends and family too,

We booked for a long weekend and it didn’t disappoint. Absolutely blown away with how lovely the accommodation was. We visited some local restaurants and beaches and really enjoyed our time. Danusia was a lovely helpful host. Would definitely recommend *****

A great place for a restful break or for a full exploration of Norfolk and north Suffolk . The rental was clean, comfortable and really well kitted out ( WiFi speakers in the kitchen ceiling!) and so tastefully decorated . Great that dogs were allowed . Matt and Michaela were marvellous hosts .. gave us some local recommendations e.g. seal spotting at Horsey Gap but generally left us to enjoy our time in peace and quiet while still be around to help. All in all highly recommended!!

Alan and Sue were perfect hosts. Place was easy to find, has everything you could possibly need and in a beautiful park.

We stayed for 4 nights with Helens caravan. This was by far one of the most loveliest caravans we been to as a family ! It was super clean and very homely. To the point that Helen and Paul had left us some sweet treats, milk,fresh Bread and snacks even sauces in the fridge ! You could have thought of something and it was there !The caravan has linen and extra towels, washing machine, air fryer and coffee machine . It really was home from home. The children loved all the game and dvds and thr large tv.the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we slept in that wasnt a hotel. The area is lovely and great for dogs and children alike. Beautiful natural area and swimming. many choices of places to eat and things to do ! Helen was always available to talk to and this trip she made us feel very looked after, i was greatful for all your help on our trip. So happy i booked and will definitely love to go again just for the caravan alone. Hope to see you soon in the year.

Immaculately clean and compact holiday cottage furnished in a modern style. .All the extra bits eg toilet roll, dishwasher tabs, soap were provided which makes for easier packing. Debbie was on site, friendly and helpful. We loved the garden and facilities and had a fabulous time playing tennis, football and table tennis with our kids. Slight negatives - bathroom smelt of damp, you can hear noise from the neighbouring cottages and not so much to do in immediately surrounding area.

Another amazing stay at Blyth View. Graham and Jo are great hosts who were very responsive before and during our stay. We had visited before several years ago and our second stay was just as good. The house is beautiful, clean and perfect for a family, especially having the pool onsite. The surroundings are very peaceful and there’s so much to do in the surrounding area. Thanks again for our stay!
