Lovely little air bnb! Tracy was very helpful and responsive when parking was an issue. Beautiful neighborhood and walkable to so many shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here!

I had a fantastic week-long stay at Annette’s place. The central location – right by the train station – is perfect for walking anywhere downtown or in the nearby neighborhoods. It's also easy to hop on the bus, or, of course, on the train to go to Boston or anywhere else in the vicinity. I didn’t need the free garage parking for this trip, but was grateful to have the option. The apartment is spacious, full of light, the couch and bed are super-comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. On top of all that, there’s the lap pool! I loved that you can make a reservation for it and then have it all to yourself for an hour. I would definitely stay in this Airbnb again!

We had a great stay at Graham's place. It was my second time staying there and I was happy to return—it's a beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped unit in a nice part of Providence. Graham is a gracious and kind host who is quick to respond to any questions. We hope to have the chance to stay here again.

The apartment is larger than it looked in the photos. Check in/out were pretty seamless. Fit our family easily, great time. We managed to park our Toyota Sienna in the back parking.. a little tight but it's definitely possible. Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay at this loft! The bed was incredibly comfortable.The entire apartment was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it feel even more relaxing and welcoming.

Check in was super smooth. Tracy has taken great length to decorate her place. Every corner has a unique decor. Kitchen was well stocked up. Place is walkable to Brown and surroundings. Public transportation is available right outside. Place was super clean and Tracy was always responsive. Gave me the comfort I needed after long days of sight seeing. Will recommend to friends and family.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

We had an amazing stay at Hamilton’s Place in Newport, Rhode Island! The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, with great restaurants like The Newport Lobster Shack just a short walk away. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the convenient parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and there was a convenient elevator that allowed us easy access into our room. Our room had a stunning harbor view, and we enjoyed watching the boats and seagulls with our son. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, we had a wonderful family getaway and would highly recommend it. Five stars!

Bre was a great host. Several of us were traveling to Providence for my son’s graduation. We were a large group and had an 18 month old with us too. Her home was comfortable, meticulously cared for, and she provided all the amenities needed for us to enjoy our family time together, cook regularly, and sit down to eat together. It felt like we are at home. She is detail oriented and her home has many great touches. The home is kid friendly with plenty of toddler toys and books. When traveling to the area again, I will always remember our stay fondly and look to stay here if available. Thanks Bre!

Clean home came as pictured and described. As previously noted, more kitchen items (utensils, coffee cups, etc) would be helpful but not a major problem. Bedrooms and bathrooms as well as house were clean. Easy transit to Boston, providence, Newport and the cape. Ha was immediately responsive to questions or messages.

This property was in a perfect location for our family to celebrate a graduation. Plenty of space and it felt like home. Peter and Leslie were great hosts.

A great stay in a beautiful dog-friendly home! We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! The interior was stylish and comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. It was such a treat to stay in a dog-friendly place that was also thoughtfully set up for human comfort. One thing to note: the second bathroom was under construction during our stay. It would have been helpful to know that a bit earlier than the day before arrival. Also, while we enjoyed cooking, the kitchen was a bit less equipped than other Airbnb homes we've rented. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d love to come back again!

This house is very charming and spacious, with an excellent kitchen and bedroom layouts. Westport and the Acoaxet neighborhood are so charming and make for a pleasant vacation with lots of beach and nature preserves surrounding. Anyway, I highly recommend this stay.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Namaste. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet and the back garden was just perfect - we felt very welcome and our hosts were great. We received excellent recommendations for restaurants and they left us with plenty of information on things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to have the opportunity to stay once again. I am only sorry we could not stay longer. Thank you!

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

Great house for our weekend soccer tourney nearby. Had all you needed - downstairs does not have AC - the upstairs cooled downstairs enough as long as you kept doors open for the day. Could use a fan to help circulate the 2nd bedroom downstairs- all else was great would stay again
