Just steps from the Prudence Island Ferry dock, historic Robin Rug mill, restaurants, shops, and the East Bay bike path, and a five-minute drive to Roger Williams University or Colt State Park. We have new beds and appliances, along with the comfort of central air conditioning. Easy stroll to both downtown Bristol, the Town Beach, East Bay Bike Path, and Colt State Park. Our back deck is a delightful place to relax and enjoy the shaded backyard, which has a fire pit, BBQ, swing, hammock and an outdoor hot tub (requires signed terms of use agreement)
