Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay! If you’re looking to spend a lot of time in Newport I would suggest something a little closer, as Ubers were very expensive. But it was a beautiful home with a wonderful pool and hot tub!

Our stay was amazing! Adrienne was great she responded fast whenever we messaged her. We had a wind storm and she came right out to replace an umbrella that broke. She told us about some local events during our stay. The home was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and easy to find, she even had it all labeled. Everything about this place was just amazing. We will be staying again. Our family all loved it.

Have you ever stayed at a Ritz Carlton? Well if you have you will know that Zack provides the “Ritz” experience! Look up the Ritz Carlton Mission statement some time and you will see he checks off all the boxes! We booked the house for our daughter’s Wedding week! We felt like it was home away from home! When I messaged Zack prior to arrival if they had an iron, he had a new Iron & Ironing board delivered !! ( they have a Steamer) A full wine fridge stocked & you get 1 bottle per day of your stay! Wow Zack is the most gracious host we have ever experienced!! He had refreshments, a snack also a bag of fresh coffee beans waiting upon arrival! Such a pleasant & unexpected surprise!! Well stocked essentials throughout the home to get you started! An amazing outdoor large grill, swimming pool, beautiful private backyard & the coolest game room in the lower level!! Thanks Zack for welcoming us to your home! We loved it!Carmela & Family

Amy's place is spacious, with lots of different spaces to hang out and relax--from the pool to living room, sitting area, basement, game room, and nice outdoor space. The neighborhood was quiet and great for little kids, and Amy made sure to leave little touches for us when we arrived. Biggest downside were the beds, but if you like a softer/plusher mattress then even that would be great.

This place was clean and comfortable. It’s definitely a lived in home with plenty of toys in the kids rooms, plenty of linens and pillows and decor. Everything worked for us including strong WiFi! We came when is was too hot so actually we turned on the heater and the home got warm quickly. Showers were amazing and one niece even took a bath and loved it. The fridge is amazing - I know that seems silly but when you have a big family traveling with you and you’re buying groceries, it will matter! We really have no complaints. Well, maybe the only complaint was there is a kitchen trash can with an automatic lid and for some reason my family just can’t operate technology! So we struggled with it until we finally just took the lid off until we left. Haha. But everything else was great. Everyone slept well so not sure about other people but we thought the beds were just fine. Cozy for us.

Timothy's place was perfect for our needs. We are familiar with the area and were returning for a college reunion in nearby Providence. His place is very cozy and in a beautiful area with quiet streets and a short walk to beautiful bay views. Unfortunately the weather was uncooperative, but the outside space looks very inviting with room to relax, use the grill, etc. Timothy was very responsive to questions and a very welcoming host. Overall a great stay and highly recommended in an area with very few similar options.

We've stayed in many Airbnb's before, but this location, along with the cleanliness, the homey feel, well-appointed decor, excellent communication, and great outside space, made our stay one of the best experiences we could have had. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing!! Highly recommend this beautifully renovated home which is right on the water with spectacular views. The home was very clean, spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked. We stayed for 5 weeks and felt right at home. We cooked lots of dinners, baked cookies & played games - the kitchen has everything! It’s a great location - close to downtown Bristol. Kara is very responsive and often checked in with us to make sure things were going well. Exceeded our expectations! Thank you Kara!

Patricia was so helpful and responsive. Her home is absolutely beautiful—even nicer than the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable, and Patricia provided some great suggestions for places to eat and drink. I hope that we are able to stay again.

From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with Sharon’s place. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from Roger Williams in Bristol. We were welcomed with cupcakes and pastry’s with graduation mini flags on them with several balloons. There was delicious lemonade waiting for us in the fridge along with milk, cream and a dozen eggs. We also received a beautiful cheese plate. Such nice touches. Every bedroom had lemon water waiting for us, along with great bedding and comfy beds. Everyone slept great. The bathrooms were chock full of amenities. If we forgot something, Sharon remembered it. The only down fall of the weekend is that we wish there were more outdoor chairs, and I did ask Sharon about the table umbrella for outside which she said she would bring by but may not have got the chance. Other than that, our stay was amazing and the house was great. The instructions Sharon left were extremely thorough and left us with no questions at all. I would highly recommend Sharon’s.

We couldn’t get enough of the view!! The house is lovely and cozy and our family really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and comfortable. There are four nice outdoor seating areas with the beautiful view of the ocean! Just keep note that to access any of the bedrooms, you’ll need to take a flight of stairs.

This is a comfortable perch up above Bristol Harbor, a short walk from restaurants and shops along the harbor.

There was plenty of room for our extended family get-together. The place was clutter free, a big plus with toddlers. All loved the pool and there were great family friendly things to do nearby.

When we arrived on a Sunday for a weeklong visit, the fridge was not working. This host did an excellent job of addressing the issue within hours. The location was good for us and the house was comfortable.

This trip was great! The house was more than accommodating for the 11 guys we had for my buddies bachelor trip. It was walking distance to all the water front bars in Bristol and a quick drive to Newport and Casinos. They were so responsive and informative in all aspects! The price was very fair and affordable split between all of us. I would definitely recommend staying here and may even consider going back in the future. Thanks for the fun weekend (:

We were in town for a bowling tournament. The house fit our families’ needs.
