Vacation rentals with beach access in Bristol County

It’s hard to describe just how fabulous this place is. “Labor of Love” is pretty accurate. With its historical charm and attention to detail, we felt like it was a special getaway weekend with our family. Bradley is an incredibly thoughtful and responsive host. He sent me multiple notes about check in and all of the house amenities and local happenings. He also left for us breakfast goodies such as muffins , eggs and fruit! I’ve never had that at an air bnb before. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. 😁

Bethany's place was just what we needed. We were in Rhode Island to do phase one of a move in for my son and Bethany's home offered a quiet and peaceful retreat at night after a couple busy days. We arrived to air conditioning on and cold waters and watermelon in the refrigerator - perfect for a hot summer day! This was our first time staying in Barrington and we loved the beautiful surroundings. Bethany's home is close to the bike/walking path, a great feature! We look forward to our next trip to Rhode Island!

The place was so spacious for our group of friends for a weekend away! It was very well kept and we had an amazing stay!

I stayed here with my 3 young kids for a week while my husband finished up Officer Development School. The place itself was everything we needed and nothing we didn’t! It was even stocked with kitchen essentials (coffee!!) and some cleaning/laundry supplies. My kids loved the room with all the beds, and slept much better than they do at home. The area had so much to do to keep them busy and was all walkable! They couldn’t wait to get out and explore every morning down to the water, through the town, or to the playground. It was also not a bad drive over to visit my husband at the base in Newport. Mitchell was very informative prior to the stay, and though we didn’t have any issues, was ready to help! 10/10 recommend this little gem for your stay in Bristol!

We already love the area and being able to visit and stay in an apt this perfect is great. True hospitality. Hope to be able to catch it again when it isn’t booked already!

Lovely apartment in a lovely town. The apartment itself is very comfortable, well decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable, nice linens and towels. The kitchen has all the needed conveniences, except a dishwasher. We stayed in the third floor of the building and had no problem with the stairway, well lighted and solid steps. Bristol is lovely, with some good restaurants (we especially liked S.S. Dion and Roberto's), a pretty downtown area and the easy access to Cold State Park. Visiting Newport and going across the bay to Jamestown and Narragansett are enjoyable trips. We loved our stay and certainly would want to come back to Christopher and Laura's apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was very peaceful and beautiful by the water and lots of good restaurants nearby. Plus, great places to walk and enjoy yourself. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice.

Kayla's cottage is a wonderful place! This was our second stay at the cottage and there are many reasons we came back. It is tucked into a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The view of the cove and bay from within the cottage are beautiful. For us, the proximity to the Easy Bay bike path is a great perk. Inside, the cottage is perfect for a small family. It's clean and cozy with lots of windows to let the light in. The beds are comfy and the kitchen allows for home cooking. We hope to come back again soon.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

A lovely, completely updated, immaculately clean home! Mark and Mattie are wonderful to work with and even arranged for good weather for our son's wedding!

I have nothing but good things to say about our three day stay at Leigh Anne's property. The house is beautiful with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and our daughter found everything she needed to make a gourmet dinner for our family celebration. I have stayed at many rentals and loved how this home had plenty of very interesting decor, it felt more like home than a rental. A welcome basket was left with some delicious goodies as well as a bottle of wine. We found a beautiful vase of flowers and a bottle of Porsecco on the front steps on our second day to help us celebrate our anniversary. The only snag was our code did not work when we arrived but Leigh Anne was there IMMEDIATELY and solved the issue.

We had a wonderful stay in Paula’s house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. She has a fully stocked kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in. The views are wonderful and the master bath is incredible. This house is sparkling clean! It’s located very conveniently to the bike path and Colt State Park. We loved the area and were thankful to have our long days end hanging out in this lovely house. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Unbeatable location, you can walk to everything Bristol from this house (and we did). House is immaculate with new furniture, all comfortable and in great shape. Room sizes are perfect. Beautiful renovated full bath. Great kitchen. Easy parking. Will def go back!!!

Gorgeous views, spotless home, comfy beds - we had the perfect stay at Lucy’s home. Our grandsons enjoyed breakfast on the deck, watching ducks and boats. After a full day of exploring Newport, we enjoyed a peaceful cocktail on the deck, watching the moon glimmer off the water. Lucy was attentive and checked in with us to make sure all was well. She gave us great suggestions for local dining. I highly recommend staying here - we are sure to return!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

We stayed the week after Labor Day, when everything shuts down for the season. That was the perfect time to be there for us because we wanted a quiet place away. It would NOT be quiet during peak season, but you couldn't find a better location to walk over to Scarborough Beach. The deck was our favorite part: the view, lounge chairs, the wall making it somewhat private to the street. We were not there in the heat of the summer, so we didn't use the window AC unit. The ceiling fan in the main room, and ocean breezes, kept things very comfortable. Not sure how the AC would work in heat, it's in the middle of the space, but in the hallway connecting the bedroom to the front room. Things to be aware of: the view comes from the 2nd floor, so you will have to go up a flight of stairs to a platform to the 3 units. The bedroom is above the main door, so you will hear people going in and out. The unit very spacious. Bright, comfortable, beautiful sunrises.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Katherine was very responsive during our stay - we had an issue with the smoke detector and she sent someone right out. We had a girls weekend here (spa is right across the street and restaurants are walkable) and it was great!

Darcy's place is a comfortable condo just a 10 minute walk from the harbour. The place had everything we needed for a short visit to attend the Newport Jazz Festival. Overall a great experience.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

Mark was a great host. The cozy cottage was next to the ocean and there's a beach in walking distance. The cottage itself had the rustic charm I remember from the trips we made to the coast when I was a kid in the seventies.
