Beachfront vacation rentals in Brisas de Zicatela

Amazing place, close to the beach 5 minutes walking to Zicatela. Services as promised. Paul always replied very quickly whenever we need something.

Comfortable room! Feels like a treehouse. On Saturday night there was a big party nearby. If you’re up late this wouldn’t be a negative, but be prepared for loud until late as it is a party town. Also some nighttime dogs and roosters nearby, but this seems like it would be true for every part of town.

Staying at Eliazar and Gloria’s house is so very special to me. This is my second time around with them and that’s why I booked it. If you want a true Mexican stay, this is the place. They are both so kind and friendly, I consider them my family. As far as the location, it can’t be beat. You can walk everywhere, Carazalillo beach is right around the corner, I like to frequent Manzillilo beach because you can swim there and is a short walk of ten minutes. There is a tienda one block away where you can buy groceries and you can also walk to the Chedraui from the apartment and walk to el centro where there is a lot of stores and restaurants. The apartment is located right in the center of Rinconada where you can walk the strip of restaurants, stores to buy clothing, get your hair done, pharmacies and fresh produce markets. The porch is great, outdoor living with hammock to relax and read. I highly recommend this place.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, you have all the amenities to be comfortable and spend time with the family, it is a super safe and quiet place. The dirt road is quite decent, at least right now in April, Ginny and Ali, always attentive before and during our stay. I do recommend that you stop by the grocery store before arriving, because the closest one is an Oxxo 15 minutes from the house.

Everything is excellent, we love our stay. The staff attention was excellent and Luis was always on the lookout. Luxury food with Costa Culinaria we charm. We felt very safe and the location of the beach is very comfortable with few people.

The house is just like the photographs. It has a lot of privacy and is located very close to the beach for walking in the mornings and afternoons. The pool is spectacular all day, the rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spotless.

This Airbnb was in a beautiful spot in between beaches and had the best views, particularly at sunset. It felt like home away from home and was located in an ideal location. We had no problem ordering transportation thanks to the entrance concierge, whom were all very helpful. It’s definitely a place I would return to!

The house is incredible, it has a breathtaking view and the accommodation is very private, everything was excellent and the host was very attentive.

We had an amazing time staying here. The view and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. The staff was always so friendly and so helpful and everything was very clean . The location is perfect as so close to all the restaurants and nightlife and best of all the beach is right there also. The pool was always kept clean and was perfect for hanging out and cooling off. Beds were comfy and the air conditioning in bedrooms was great for a nights sleep. It was hard to leave such an amazing place .

Excellent choice to rest, the house is very comfortable and spacious. The pool is warm and has an incredible view of the sea. The service was very pleasant all the time and the communication flowed excellently!!

This condo was absolutely beautiful, and the grounds were amazing... The pools and rooftop areas with palapas were really enjoyable. We appreciated being able to call a taxi from the condo grounds, which made exploring Puerto Escondido super easy... The condo was well equipped, everything you could possible want for cooking, relaxing, going to the beach, and feeling secure. We really enjoyed meeting Isabel, who was there to greet us, and to answer any questions we had... The surrounding area was great, and we were close to some great restaurants, fun bars and several fabulous beaches. El Centro was walkable, and we took short taxi rides to Zicatela Beach and La Punta. All in all, and absolutely perfect stay in Puerto Escondido! Thank you for everything!

The house is in a prime location, with direct beach access. It's perfect for resting and disconnecting from the stress of everyday life. There are almost no people on the beach, so you have miles of beach to yourself. The house has a private pool and the terrace leads directly to it. The rooms have air conditioning and you sleep very well.

We loved Esteban’s place! Wonderful views and super confortable with lots of areas tk chill and also well equipped. Getting to the center and the beach is rather easy. Definitely would go back

I came to Kiki’s place for a remote work break and it was absolutely perfect. The view from my « desk », am easy walk down to the ocean for morning coffee, just enough in the kitchen to cook if needed, a beautiful space and fast and helpful communication from Kiki made it hard to leave. Her write up is extremely accurate - if you’re a light sleeper or need the comfort of AC, this place isn’t for you. If you want to feel like you’re living in PE, sign up. Will absolutely seek to stay here again. Thanks Kiki!

Literally 5 mins from the beach! It’s a quiet area with some amazing brunch spots around. It’s walkable to Punta either by road or beach! Roughly 17 mins. I would definitely stay again! The only down was the WiFi. I was on a lot of video calls and downloading large files etc which was slow and dropped in and out. A fixable problem tho! Thanks so much for an amazing stay!!!!

Wow!!! We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Bibi ❤️ It is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. From the sounds of nature, the relaxing pool, eating outside in the ground floor dining area, to a few beers on the rooftop palapa as the sun went down, to the sounds of the waves crashing. We didn't want to leave! The house is well equipped, the bedrooms delightful. The caretaker was so friendly and welcoming. It was also nice to know the estate had security guards, who were also friendly and greeted us like long lost friends each day we returned from our adventures! A car is advised as the area is so wonderful. Don't hesitate - book Casa Bibi!! 😊❤️🇲🇽

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is quite comfortable and you have everything you need to cook. It is a 5-minute walk to Carrizalillo beach, a small but beautiful beach and you have shops and restaurants nearby (all within walking distance). It is on a private street and the backyard faces a similar occupied lot. We hardly used the air conditioning, only the fans, because despite being hot it was tolerable for the season (December). I definitely recommend the accommodation.

Our stay was perfect. It’s a cute little bungalow right on the beach. A/C was cold, bed fairly comfortable. We could walk right out to the beach. Yes it’s right next to a restaurant but it’s quiet and chill, never felt put upon. Plus you can just walk out and get food and a drink anytime. Plus there was a guy on-site to help us with anything we needed. There was a bit of construction next door but can’t blame the host for that. Would love to stay here again and strongly recommend it!

This was the perfect base! It was nice to have the cats around, and the yard. I really felt at home and with lots of space and peace and quiet. Gracias!
