The apartment is perfect for those who want to stay close to the beach and on La Punta street. The place is located centrally, yet discreet and the apartment itself is perfect for travelers who require two beds. Will definitely book here again if I come back to Puerto Escondido

The place is very nice and the beach is only 10 mn a pied . Agua Blanca is a very quiet beach with less tourism than the others that are in the area. Rene left us all the freedom and we were able to cook on the second floor. Surely the place can be improved even more as there are already old things. Otherwise, we like to be among the trees!!!!

We had a great stay at Victoria's place. It is clean, modern, quiet, and has a pleasant sitting area right by the pool. It is directly across the street from the Zicatela Market which is very convenient for food and supplies. Easy parking as well. Victoria was extremely attentive and helpful during our stay.

The location is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat—just 15 minutes from the commercial area but quiet at night, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. The place was spotless, and the high-speed internet worked flawlessly, allowing me to work remotely without any issues. Situated on a hill, the balcony offers stunning views, making it a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and serene stay!

Very good lodging option to get to know Zicatela, very central location and easy access. The market across the street is a plus for breakfast and lunch. The room is very clean, as well as the terrace and pool.

Everything was perfect in the property, perfect location, restaurants within walking distance as well as the beach. Unbeatable location. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Victoria, the host, is always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay in La Punta! The house is very nice, the room is spacious, comfortable and bright. The bathroom is clean and large. It has a nice terrace overlooking the palm trees and a common kitchen that is very well equipped. It is very close to walk to the beach of Punta de Zicatela and all the restaurants/shops/cafes around. I would definitely come back

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. Very clean and organized. The pool and air conditioning were great for cooling off during the day and night. The location is excellent, the area is very quiet, and with many restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The beaches are close, but I would not recommend walking, mainly because of the heat. Taxis pass by very often on the main avenue and there are also motorcycle rentals nearby. We would definitely stay again.

Wow we were so lucky to stay at such a beautiful and well located space. It’s a quick walk away from the beaches and restaurants (although getting a scooter was fun and made it easy to get to Playa Corale). We loved loved the pool for little afternoon swims. Our host gave us great recommendations and helped us get surfing lessons and a scooter. 10/10

Excellent option to spend some days in Puerto Escondido
