Monthly Rentals in Briones Reservoir

Our second stay at Fred’s place. Well maintained and squeaky clean. Comfortable bedding. Beautiful large bathroom with heated floor and heated toilet seat. A few minutes drive from Orinda Village with grocery store, shops and restaurants. Extremely responsive host. Hope to return in future.

Stephanie is an outstanding host, very responsive and communicative. She has the place so nicely decorated and very well appointed with kitchen equipment, books, night lights. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great and quiet. We hope to be able to stay again when we are in the Bay Area.

Yi is a kind and responsive landlady. She and her husband Dave were friendly and I got to know them well. They were quick to resolve any requests that I had. The unit is well-decorated and positioned in a beautiful Berkeley Hills neighborhood.
