Sarah is a friendly host. The house is spacious with a living room and dinner room. Kitchen equips with all essential. Overall clean. Locational wise, walking distance to the town centre, there’s a park behind for running/chill. It’s such a good stay for me, Sarah had arranged flexible check-in that made my arrival easier. I’ve met lovely roomies. It’s been a happy memory! And would definitely recommend this bnb!

We chose to stay at Stephen’s as very close to our family, 3 minutes in car and walkable. Also very close to Stockton Heath and Cheshire villages and attractions. Couldn’t fault it and felt right at home. Lovely dog Cassie who we introduced to our grandchildren one day. Breakfast more than adequate, home baked bread. I stayed at Peter’s place for two months while getting settled after moving to Manchester from Vancouver Canada, and it truly made the transition so much easier. The location is super convenient—close to a bus stop and just a short ride to the city centre. The home itself was comfortable and had everything I needed, and Peter was a kind and welcoming host who made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family visiting Manchester!

as a contractor all we want when working away from home is a home from home and this place is absolutely perfect! very spacious, own living area, bathroom, kitchenette, can't fault it one bit! 4 quid in a Uber if you fancy a few drinks and food in town center, perfect as simple as that 👌
